Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Alexis Perry. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alexis , appreciate you joining us today. Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?
I came up with the idea of The Bash Pad from an already existing business, called The Lip Bash. The Lip Bash is centered around my cosmetic line, Einnaf Cosmetics. The Bash Pad came about one day in the car from wanting to get more in the service based arena within my entrepreneurial journey, but still keep it product based. So with The Bash Pad, I wanted it to be fun, comfortable, welcoming and allow customers to feel as though this space, The Bash Pad is their own. Outside of the customer(s), I always think about how I can help others in my process of creating something for the world. So I decided with this business venture The Bash Pad, I’ll collaborate with other product based entrepreneurs to help them gain more exposure and generate more income.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I am a God-fearing, rich energy, focused, driven young lady. I exude great, humble positive vibes and energy out into the world, I love impacting people and helping others change their life whether it be through a product that I sell or simply with a conversation that’s been had between us. I love learning how to become better than I was 24 hours ago, I write my dreams and goals on my heart because as I always say, “my dreams and goals count on me to come true”. I am a dream chaser and dream catcher. I have strong confidence, a humble spirit and BECOMING well disciplined with myself. I got into my industry by naturally having a love for fashion since a little girl. Understanding that beauty goes hand and hand with fashion I knew that eventually this was going to be my life one day. I call myself a Beautypreneur/Mogul because in my world beauty is your characteristic makeup and fashion is how you dress yourself up, express yourself everyday and show up in the world. Outside of the cute titles, I am a serial entrepreneur. I sell my cosmetics, books, and other entrepreneurs items within my store location. I believe that what sets me apart from most people is my genuineness, authenticity, ability to meet people where they are, willingness to help others and showing my journey every single step of the way as I continue to break generational curses in my family and climb my own ladder of what I deem success is. I am most proud of my growth this year, 2022. Personally and business/career wise. From because a store owner to landing a cover of a magazine all while continuing to grow. I have came a long way and allowing God to use me as a vessel, seeing the daily progression makes me proud! I want you all to know that there is no such thing as limits in life, you can do whatever you put your mental focus to, give yourself 90 day measurements and crush whatever it is that you have set before you. Always be honest with yourself, if you’re slacking in a area acknowledge that, if you’re crushing your goals in a area acknowledge that. Stay humble, and always treat people with the respect and honesty that you want in return.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
