Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tiffany Antoci. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Tiffany, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Is there a heartwarming story from your career that you look back on?
Well, I don’t know if this is heartwarming or a defining moment in the beginning of my career as a female empowerment coach that substantiated my passion and capability in my coaching. I had a client that was going through depression, desperately wanting to leave her husband of over 15 years whom she had 4 kids with. He was a narcissist as we had determined that pretty early on in our sessions. This client would have to drive somewhere in her car where she would be hiding from him, afraid of his reactive nature. One day, she called me crying and in a manic depressive state where she couldn’t even speak or get out of bed. She had discovered the night before when her husband was passed out due to taking some narcotics at a party, that her husband had been cheating on her ….and not just once or twice. She was understandably shocked, heartbroken, and angry at this new found evidence she discovered. As her heart was racing in disbelief and heartbreak, we worked together for about an hour and a half on her mindset. I am an empowerment and mindset coach and my favorite thing is helping my clients “FLIP THE SWITCH”. This is my renown coaching process I take my clients through. to help them get through basically anything LIFE throws your way. What we do is we flip the negativity of the experience and focus on all of the positivity that this experience is bringing you. So instead of thinking life is happening to you, taking on the victim role, we focus on how life is happening for us taking on the heroine role. By shifting her mindset and pulling all of the positivity out of it , SHE ACTUALLY WAS DANCING IN HER LIVING ROOM by the end of the session. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back, the catalyst for change, the angel in the night , the tipping point, the breakthrough moment, the game changer, the turning point, the lightbulb moment, the moment of truth, the domino that started it all, the seed that took root, the spark that lit the fire, ….OR HOW ABOUT THE ANSWER TO HER PRAYERS FOR A FUTURE OF HAPPINESS AND FREEDOM…that she had needed in order to light the fire from under or within. THIS IS THE DEFINING MOMENT SHE CHOSE TO STAND IN EMPOWERMENT AND MAKE A LIFE CHANGING CHOICE. This choice was not easy, but it was necessary. This client hadn’t worked in over 20 years, had no money , no job or job experience . To make matters worse, he had drained their bank account. As horrible and painful of an experience this was for her, she pressed on past her fear and limiting beliefs and is thriving today. She is now coaching other females who have been through a similar hell. I love this story as it exemplifies how a defining and devastating moment has the opportunity if given a new light that focuses on growth gave her the possibility of a new chance, life, freedom, peace and joy. It was just about diminishing the negative and focusing on the positive and the lesson. I have so many other stories of these kinds of miracles that have changed my client’s lives by just changing their belief system (mindset). I love what I do and this new belief has also transformed my life and is creating abundance and miracles every day for me. I stress the importance with my clients, “where we put our focus is where our energy goes so if we focus on the negative , we will create negative energy around us. But if we focus on the positive and what life is creating for us and teaching us, we bring more positive experiences and energy into our lives. I am very proud to announce that I just created a gratitude journal that is selling on amazon. This journal is a way for females to transform their lives by helping them cultivate a deeper sense of appreciation, self-love, and empowerment by practicing gratitude every day. There is even a prompt using my “FLIP THE SWITCH” technique which encourages you to shift your limiting beliefs into positive, empowering thoughts. We are and become what we think. Also, with a thoughtfully curated list of affirmations, self care tips, and reflective exercises, the journal supports you in creating a daily gratitude practice that fosters a positive mindset. the more gratitude you express, the more blessings flow into your life, allowing you to embrace joy, confidence and abundance every day. I love what I do and I love guiding females to developing a more empowering mindset and creating a life that they deserve and desire.
Tiffany, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I got into this business of coaching due to an emotional breakdown I had had as well as some experiences that I felt like I was no longer aligned with my values. I had become lost and wanted to come back to my warrior self, a place I had been before but had been forgotten. I decided to get back to my passion of helping others, having studied psychology at UCLA, but ultimately graduating with a different degree. I had always worked with kids in many capacities from school classrooms , coaching volleyball teams, to running non profits designed to empower children. So it wasn’t a far off mark for me to find to find a new purpose with this passion and skillset. So I enrolled in the Jay Shetty Certification program and within a year, I had a business up and running in female life coaching. I started coaching anyone I could… family members, friends, others coaches etc….until my imposter syndrome left me and I started to hear the major transformations my clients were experiencing with my coaching. I started to read and reread my texts and testimonials from my clients and how I had changed their lives for the better and it really fulfilled my heart and purpose and I haven’t looked back. It was also very difficult to begin charging my clients as I had served others for so many years without compensation because the compensation was in my heart and the fulfillment I received from watching them grow and transform. A true testament of how mindset can change had occurred even years before I set out to be a coach. I coached an underdog volleyball team of small girls who weren’t even old enough to play in their division but the school was so small, we needed a team. I didn’t know anything about volleyball or the rules, but I became assistant coach, or so they called me the cheerleader coach. I made(or should I say encouraged)these girls believe everyday that they could go to the top and they could win the championships. While no one in this small town would believe it, including the rival top team of older girls who were much taller and built, our girls would believe it . The mindset believe that I encouraged in these girls that they could do it, is what catapulted them to accomplish the impossible (or so everyone thought, but ME). We won the league championship..This is a heartfelt story that I wanted to share as it offers hope and encouragement that we can achieve what might seem like the impossible. I offer one on one coaching sessions in 3 and 6 month packages for my clients. However, I have been working with some clients since I began coaching. I also just launched a gratitude journal on amazon to encourage others to practice gratitude on a daily basis. It’s called Blossom Gratitude Journal by Tiffany Antoci. I am most proud that I can take even the naysayers or people who have such a negative mindset or low self esteem and use my technique called “FLIP THE SWITCH” and watch it work. It’s like turning off the negative and focusing on the positive in life. I absolutely love watching my clients who range in age of 13-60 transform into their best self living a life that they are so happy to be in. I believe we never have to settle for less than what we deserve or desire in life……..EVER!!!!!!! One of my favorite tranformation stories with a client was hearing from her mother who was now witnessing her 13 year old go from lower self esteem and insecurity to a blossoming and empowered young girl who is now thriving in friendships and is so much happier. I think the reason I am so successful at guiding my clients to their goal is BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN THEM AND I AM SO PASSIONATE ABOUT EMPOWERING THEM AND HELPING THEM OVERCOME THEIR LIMITING BELIEFS. . It’s changed my life and I want it to change other’s.
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
A lesson I had to unlearn was that of not feeling worthy enough or capable enough to transform other peoples lives. Although, it had always been a passion of mine, starting out coaching others came with a palpable imposter syndrome that lasted many weeks or maybe even months. However, the more I did it and heard the victories my client’s were sharing back to me, I became more confident, encouraged and passionate about my new found purpose/career choice. I had left my acting career behind over 25 years prior and my profession was being a mom and I did it to the best of my ability. I was dedicated and sometimes over did it and could be called a helicopter mom. But I was proud and I devoted my life to being the most present and loving mom I could be. My mom wasn’t present as she was divorced very early on in our lives and worked many hours a day. Even though I feel she was the best mom, I wanted to be the the mom that was present. As I look back, I do realize the mistakes I made and how overcompensating for my mom’s lack of presence, made the the helicopter mom that rescued my kids in every situation, I will never regret the time and effort I put into my kids and family. But also, we don’t get recognized, rewarded, promoted or given a bonus or told we are doing a fabulous job, like we would if we actually had a job outside of the family. So, after 25 years of only knowing how to be a mother, wife and homemaker, and running a few non profits, I had to relearn worthiness and belief in myself that I could become something other than what I had identified myself with for so many years. It was actually my own daughters that encouraged me to coach other females because of the advice and help I had offered them and their girl friends for so many years. But I had to relearn how to believe in myself in a different capacity. I had to change my mindset and learn how to empower myself as I had done for so many others over the years. Also, once I started hearing the powerful and positive transformations my clients were experiencing while coaching with me , I knew my passion and purpose had aligned. I came home to what I was put on this earth to do: Empower others!!!! Which brings me to my other book that I am currently writing which is the ultimate abbreviated guide to empowerment for females. I’m hoping to finish it within the year of 2025.
If you could go back, would you choose the same profession, specialty, etc.?
If I could go back, would I choose the same profession….absolutely yes. I believe everything you do leads you to your purpose if you stay aligned to your truth and passion. Working as an actress for so many years, to working in schools and non profits to help kids, to now being able to empower other females to live the best version of themselves is the path I needed to take to get to where I am today. I do not have any regrets as I am the heroine of my own story so I get to choose how I want to live it. I choose happiness, kindness, faith, loyalty, empowerment, truth, boldness, sovereignty, peace, service to others and most importantly love for myself and others.
