Lai, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you share a customer success story with us?

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I come from a long line of European Mediums so I followed in my family footsteps. I have worked all over the world. I also work with corporations, realtors, psychiatrists and psychologists. I’m the author of “Celebrity Pets Tell All”. I have done many TV and Radio Shows and have been interviewed by newspapers and magazines. I also do New Age Expos, Panels, Lectures and Private Appointments and Sessions. I have been invited to teach Spirituality by a University as soon as I find the time.

I also do spiritual ceremonies with other Shamans.

I have done many charity events to help animals getting adopted.

I was an Expert Judge in Glamour Magazine and their “Hall of Fame” together with Cesar Milan (Dog Whisperer), Artist Knox (Star of Beverly Hills Groomer), Michael Schaffer, author of One Nation Under Dog.

Have you ever had to pivot?
When I got married, we moved to different countries all the time, so I couldn’t get a job because I would need work permits, etc. We started a family and that made life even more complicated, especially because my husband travelled all the time on business and I had to take care of them, so I decided to follow in the footsteps of my family and started helping people. When the children grew up. We got a DBA and started to have appointments that would bring extra income.
My clients loved my advice and recommended me to other people and I felt that this was exactly what I wanted to do and I was very lucky that some radio & TV shows found me and opened doors for me,
I started writing articles for spiritual magazines and later I was asked to write a book about pets.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Being very honest, helping people when they have problems, being sympathetic but help them find solutions for their problems and if they are on the wrong path, point it out to them but not criticize them, being accurate and my clients feel very comfortable with me because they know that I don’t discuss their lives with anybody.

I make an exception for teenagers. If I feel that they are going to do drugs or something stupid, I tell them that I’m going to call their parents and so far, that has worked.
