Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Christina Santos. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Christina thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.
There was a defining moment in my life where I became completely weary of living beneath who I was created to be. For so long, I didn’t see my own worth. I struggled with insecurity, people-pleasing, and believing I wasn’t enough. But deep down, I knew I was made for more. That quiet, persistent knowing sparked a personal journey of healing, growth, and rediscovery. As I began to evolve, I found myself developing an undeniable passion for helping other women do the same to see themselves clearly, reclaim their worth, and step into the fullness of who they are. That moment shifted everything for me, and it’s been the foundation of my work and purpose ever since.

Christina, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m a certified life coach and the founder of Her Worth Movement, a faith-based empowerment brand designed to help women heal, rediscover their worth, and boldly step into the lives they were created to live. My work is rooted in personal experience, having walked through seasons where I doubted my value, struggled with people-pleasing, and believed I wasn’t enough, I reached a turning point where I chose to heal, grow, and reclaim my identity. That personal transformation birthed a deep passion to help other women do the same. I am also currently completing my Undergraduate Degree in Psychology with hopes of becoming a licensed therapist.
Through one-on-one coaching, workshops, digital resources, and my signature Reboot Your Mind program, I help women navigate inner healing, break free from limiting beliefs, and rebuild a life anchored in self-worth and purpose. What sets my work apart is the safe, faith-centered space I create for women to be vulnerable, seen, and heard, while being equipped with practical tools to sustain their growth beyond our sessions. I also offer monthly Her Worth Nights, where we come together as women in community in a faith-centered, safe environment to connect, grow, worship and build community with one another.
I’m most proud of the community of women I’ve been blessed to witness evolve, watching them go from overlooked and overwhelmed to empowered and unapologetic about their worth. I want anyone who comes across me, my work, or Her Worth Movement to know this: you were never meant to live life feeling unseen, unworthy, or stuck. You are called, you are capable, and you are worth it.

Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
Honestly, heart matters just as much as skill in this work. Beyond any certification or training, it takes genuine compassion, emotional resilience, and the ability to hold space for people in their most vulnerable moments. You have to be willing to do your own inner work so you can show up whole, grounded, and present for the people you’re called to serve. In this field, success isn’t just about what you know, it’s about how well you listen, how deeply you care, and how committed you are to walking alongside someone as they find their way back to themselves. Authenticity, empathy, and a servant’s heart have carried me further than any textbook ever could.

If you could go back in time, do you think you would have chosen a different profession or specialty?
Without hesitation, yes. Every part of my journey, even the hard, uncertain, and uncomfortable moments, led me to this work, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Becoming a Certified life coach and founding Her Worth Movement has been one of the most rewarding and purpose-filled decisions of my life. To witness women heal, rediscover their worth, and step into the fullness of who they are is an honor I don’t take lightly. It’s more than a profession to me; it’s a calling. And if given the chance to start over, I’d still choose this path, maybe with even more boldness and faith the second time around. When I took my high school Psychology course, in the 11th grade, I knew there was something greater and I wanted to be a part of helping people in an impactful way.
