We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Alexander Reynoso. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Alexander below.
Alexander , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today How did you learn to do what you do? Knowing what you know now, what could you have done to speed up your learning process? What skills do you think were most essential? What obstacles stood in the way of learning more?
I was about to learn what I do from practice and go to school to study my craft. To help speed up my craft I wish I would have started this earlier on in life. The skill to Adopt and keep growing in the industry and being open minded to new techniques on how to record and do certain transitions and framing. The only obstacle that stood in my way was myself. There would be moments I would have self-doubt and I would have to pull myself out of it and say “You’re doing an amazing job and let’s keep learning something new and try new techniques”.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The Most rewarding aspect of being a creativor is being about to express yourself. You can be yourself and express your inner thoughts, feeling, and creativity all in your work. I enjoy taking photos and making videos and I love the way I can input how I want the image or video to look and add my own style to it without worrying about what people will think of it. Just letting my creativity go wild and see what type of masterpiece I can come up with.

Any advice for managing a team?
The advice I give when managing a team and maintaining high morale is to be friendly with your team and joke around you don’t have to be super serious with them all the time. In the team, I work with we communicate constantly and were all friends and able to hang out after work that brings more trust to the group and we can work better that way.
