We were lucky to catch up with Kristina Held recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Kristina, thanks for joining us today. Have you ever seen (or implemented) a really awesome way to show a client you appreciate them
At Held Architecture, we demonstrate our commitment to our clients by prioritizing their voices. We begin by attentively listening to their needs, desires, dreams, and aspirations. This understanding becomes the foundation that guides every aspect of the project. With this perspective, Held Architecture skillfully transforms each client’s unique story into a tailored building that perfectly reflects their vision. We consistently exceed expectations, ensuring that every detail aligns with what our clients need and deserve.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
The best source for clients, despite web site and various social media has been the word of mouth. Many of our clients come recommended by previous clients and so the network grows.

We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
I have had the luck during the years to call many previous clients also friends. We keep in touch through their children looking for internships, or me needing a lawyer, or them building the next project. Sometimes we have to fight together to keep a project going and that builds strong relationships. Sometimes we bond over sharing a meal or a cup of coffee. I enjoy sending out cards at the end of the year as a token of our appreciation and to check in.
