We recently connected with Stefanie Pinsley and have shared our conversation below.
Stefanie, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start with a story that highlights an important way in which your brand diverges from the industry standard.
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter career coaching. Most programs tell you to update your resume and apply to more jobs. I help people reconnect to their truth, rewire their beliefs, and build magnetic personal brands using a blend of AI, subconscious reprogramming, and soul-led strategy.
This isn’t about polishing the perfect LinkedIn headline. It’s about finally owning who you are.
What makes my work different is that I use AI not as a gimmick or shortcut—but as a mirror for the subconscious. Through carefully structured prompts, clients uncover patterns they couldn’t previously see, connect with their higher self, and collapse months of confusion into hours of clarity.
Most coaches take people through months-long programs to reach this point. I do it in a 2–3 hour intensive.
The shift started when I was burned out at Google. Despite the prestige, I felt completely disconnected from who I was. It wasn’t until I took a medical leave that I realized—I had built a career on validation, not alignment. I began sharing my journey publicly, and as my personal brand grew, aligned clients started finding me—drawn to the blend of mindset, energy work, and brand clarity I was uniquely offering.
But it wasn’t until I integrated AI that things really clicked.
Now I’ve worked with dozens of creatives, coaches, consultants, and purpose-driven professionals to reinvent their careers and become magnetic to aligned opportunities—without burning it all down.
We’re entering a new era where traditional career advice no longer applies. People don’t just want success—they want resonance. And I’m here to help them find it.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Hi, I’m Stefanie Pinsley — a former Google brand strategist turned spiritual technologist, speaker, and coach. I help creatives, founders, and purpose-driven professionals collapse months of career confusion into hours of clarity by combining subconscious reprogramming, soul-led strategy, and AI.
My journey into this work wasn’t linear — but it was inevitable.
For years, I chased all the markers of “success”: Ivy League education, prestigious jobs, viral campaigns. I helped launch award-winning marketing projects at Google, including the “Home Alone Again” holiday ad, and worked on their digital well-being team. But beneath the surface, I felt totally misaligned — burned out, disconnected from my truth, and performing for an identity I had outgrown.
Everything changed when I took a medical leave. During that time, I started reconnecting with my own voice, purpose, and creative expression. I began sharing my story publicly, and to my surprise, it resonated — people started reaching out not just for inspiration, but for guidance. That’s when I realized: I wasn’t alone in feeling lost. So many high-achieving people are unfulfilled because they’ve been taught to outsource their worth, suppress their creativity, and live by outdated career models.
I created The Career Reset, a 2–3 hour 1:1 intensive that helps clients get clear on who they are, what they want, and how to express that through a magnetic personal brand. We use AI as a mirror for their subconscious patterns and higher self — helping them rewire limiting beliefs and articulate their truth in a way that attracts soul-aligned opportunities. It’s strategy meets soul through the time-collapsing AI.
I’ve worked with everyone from creatives, coaches, and consultants to ex-corporate leaders, mid-career pivoters and emerging founders. Many of them come to me saying, “I feel like I’ve outgrown the career I built, but I don’t know what’s next.” By the time we’re done, they have the clarity, confidence, and brand identity to move forward — without needing to burn everything down.
What sets my work apart is that it’s holistic but incredible fast-acting. This isn’t a months-long course or fluffy mindset work. It’s deep transformation in a single session — and it works because we’re aligning with who you actually are, not who you were trained to be.
Right now, I’m focused on helping more people reset their careers, build brands rooted in truth, and become visible in ways that feel authentic and expansive. I’m also speaking more at the intersection of AI, purpose, and human potential — because I believe the future belongs to those who can blend strategy with self-awareness.
If there’s one thing I want people to know, it’s this:
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to come back to yourself. That’s where everything begins.
Alright – let’s talk about marketing or sales – do you have any fun stories about a risk you’ve taken or something else exciting on the sales and marketing side?
One of my favorite marketing stories is also one of the wildest experiences of my career—when I ran the “Home Alone Again with Google Assistant” holiday campaign.
I was 25, only six months into my role at Google, when I was handed full ownership of what would become one of the most iconic ads in the company’s history. I was tasked with managing everything: go-to-market strategy across digital, social, and TV, multimillion-dollar contracts, talent negotiations, brand approvals from Fox, and internal coordination with product, legal, PR, and more—all with a four-week deadline.
The stakes were high. We were working with Macaulay Culkin, who had long resisted revisiting his Home Alone role. It took weeks of careful negotiation just to get him on board—and then, the night before shooting, I got a midnight call from his lawyer. He wanted to pull out. He was having doubts.
At that point, I hadn’t slept, was deep in burnout, and honestly, close to a breakdown. But I knew the campaign hinged on this moment. So I calmly proposed an edit to the contract—giving Macaulay final cut approval. It worked. He signed, and we saved the shoot.
The next morning, he showed up late—but the ad got made. And watching him jump on the bed, shot-for-shot next to the original 1990s scene, I realized we had something special.
The campaign went on to hit 250M+ views and became the most liked video in Google’s history on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. It won awards, got featured on the Today Show, and was even named AdAge’s Creativity Pick.
It was one of the most exhilarating—and exhausting—months of my life. But more than anything, it taught me what it really takes to make a campaign that cuts through the noise: a bold concept, relentless execution, and the courage to make the save when everything’s on the line.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
Absolutely. One of the biggest pivots of my life happened during the pandemic, when I left what many would call a “dream job” at Google. I had just launched one of the company’s most iconic ad campaigns—“Home Alone Again” starring Macaulay Culkin—and externally, everything looked perfect. But behind the scenes, I was deeply burned out and painfully unfulfilled. It was a classic case of success on paper, emptiness in reality.
I ended up taking a medical leave, and that’s when the real pivot began. I didn’t have a business plan—I just started sharing my story online from my childhood bedroom: why I left, what I was struggling with, what I was learning. I talked about everything from burnout and imposter syndrome to personal branding, marketing, ADHD, mindset work, and career clarity. One of my first viral videos was me simply telling the truth: I just quit my job at Google without a plan, and while I was scared, I also felt free.
That honesty struck a chord. My content grew to over 80k across platforms, and people began reaching out for support. At first, I helped small business owners build their brands and grow on social. But over time, the work deepened—it became less about tactics and more about truth. The brand strategy stayed, but now it was paired with subconscious reprogramming, identity reinvention, and career clarity. I was helping people come home to themselves—and build a brand that aligned with who they really are.
I’ve supported coaches, consultants, and creatives in leaving misaligned paths, starting their own practices, and building visibility online. One of my clients found me after hearing my story on a podcast. She was working a 9–5 that drained her, and she told me my voice helped her finally believe she could choose a different life. She’s now running her own business full-time.
That’s the power of story. That’s the power of branding that comes from the soul. And that pivot—leaving Google to walk into the unknown—was the moment everything aligned.
