Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Kwaghe.

Hi Stephanie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.

Interestingly, art wasn’t always my first love.However, as I journeyed through self-discovery, I stumbled upon a profound connection with creativity.

The more I explored, the more I fell deeply in love with the idea of bringing new ideas to life. It was a natural progression to surrender to my passion and pursue a career as a full-time creative.

Today, I’m thrilled to be living my dream, and I’m excited to see where this creative path takes me.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?

Well, it hasn’t entirely been a smooth ride I must say but one of the most glaring lessons I’ve learnt and kept close to heart is that consistency breeds result and there’s nothing wrong in change.

But most importantly when you learn to respect the craft (art) it respects you in return

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?

I’ve come to define my artistic voice through vibrant floral impasto oil paintings.

Experimenting with various mediums was a crucial part of my journey, and I’m thrilled to have discovered a technique that truly resonates with me.

While I enjoy dabbling in mixed media, painting remains my true passion – there’s something special about bringing a piece to life with every sweep of my palette knife.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?

To every creative reading this, most especially to my contemporaries I want you to know that art is not just a means of self-discovery it’s also a gateway to experiencing the adventure of life in all its richness.
