My background is rooted in fashion design, tailoring, and textiles, which gave me a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and the stories materials can tell. Early in my career, I worked with a variety of luxury designer houses, focusing on intricate tailoring and custom designs. I loved working directly with clients, ensuring every piece was a perfect reflection of their vision and style.
While I found immense satisfaction in creating, I was also drawn to the bigger picture—how brands communicate their identity and connect with people. That curiosity led me to transition into PR and marketing, where I could use my creative insights to help craft and share those narratives.
Joining Queue Agency has been a pivotal moment in my journey. It started as a small idea—an ambition to help emerging talent cut through the noise and find their audience. We wanted to create a space where storytelling, strategy, and creativity met. As an account executive, I bring my understanding of design and detail to the world of brand storytelling. I manage campaigns, cultivate relationships, and ensure every project we take on feels authentic to the client’s voice. It’s exciting work, especially when we get to elevate emerging talent and help them find their audience. My fashion background still plays a big role in my approach—I think it gives me a unique perspective on aesthetics, strategy, and the power of a well-told story.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been smooth, but I think that’s where the growth and success come from. Being part of Queue Agency from its early days meant helping to build something from the ground up. That’s incredibly rewarding, but it also means facing challenges head-on—whether it’s defining our identity, carving out our place in the industry, or ensuring every client feels seen and supported.
One of the most significant challenges has been our commitment to finding, staying, and dominating our niche. We’re very detail-oriented, which can be both a strength and a challenge. We dig into the smallest, finest details—whether it’s crafting a campaign that perfectly captures a brand’s voice or planning an event where every element aligns with the story we’re telling. That level of precision takes time and effort, but it’s also what sets us apart.
Expanding into different industries has added another layer of complexity. Every market and every client comes with its own nuances, and we’re constantly learning and adapting. But our ability to hone in on the right details and deliver something tailored has been key to overcoming those hurdles. It’s not an easy road, but it’s one that’s made us sharper and more confident in what we bring to the table.

We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
Absolutely. The pandemic was a wake-up call for all of us, and it reshaped how we approach both business and consumer engagement. From a client perspective, one of the biggest lessons was the importance of adaptability and maintaining a global vision. The changing landscape forced brands to rethink their strategies—whether it was addressing supply chain challenges, entering new markets, or aligning themselves to embrace rapid change. It was a reminder that flexibility and forward-thinking are essential, especially in uncertain times.
We also observed something profound: connections often became stronger when they seemed most disconnected. As people and businesses found themselves physically apart, the need to create meaningful touchpoints—whether through digital platforms or storytelling—became even more critical.
From the consumer side, we noticed a fascinating duality. People became more comfortable with online shopping, but at the same time, they began craving the authenticity and emotion of offline experiences. Whether it’s a thoughtfully designed brick-and-mortar store or a well-curated event, those in-person moments now carry even greater value.
