Alright, Shana thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear about the early days of establishing your own firm. What can you share?
Jen and I started Nogues Dinetz, PLLC, so we could rewrite what the practice of law looks like for the modern attorney and how clients navigate their cases. We take immense pride in our work and the personalized service we provide to our clients. We created a firm that aligns with our core values as practitioners and allows us to put our clients first and treat them like family. Importantly, we are also mothers of young children, so we are able to harness our strengths as mothers in our practice as we walk through some of our clients’ hardest times with them side-by-side.
We strive to create an environment where our clients and employees feel valued and respected. Day by day we are building our practice and molding it into what we envision for the future.

Shana, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
We are personal injury lawyers and we represent clients who have been seriously injured or killed against negligent actors. We handle all personal injury cases, including defective products, negligent security, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents and fall cases.
Our clients call on us to solve complex legal problems and help them to seek justice when they have been wrongfully and negligently harmed. We take a dynamic and creative approach to move cases forward.
Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
We strive to have a workplace where people want to work. When we are hiring, we want people to be banging down the doors to secure a position — this is how we are able to recruit and hire top talent.
People value time and money. We treat our staff like family and accommodate their schedules within the work schedule. We are as flexible as possible to make sure everyone feels respected and valued. We offer a competitive compensation package.
