Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Taye Dove. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Taye, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

My mission now is all about me and realizing my own self worth. In my past I put more energy and value in everyone else around me that I lost myself.

I’m now fully focused on all of my goals and I manifest daily.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I worked in the entertainment industry for 15 years and I loved every moment of it, but when the pandemic started everything came to an abrupt halt and I was stuck trying to figure out how I was going to recover from everything.

I did a lot of praying and asking God to deliver me from everything that was not healing me and he released me from so much including a toxic relationship.

God opened a huge door for me 8 months later from the time I started building my relationship with him and I was referred to the company I’m with now and 2 years later I’ve been promoted 3 times and now a Manager over the business operations department. When My VP and Director introduce me they always include that I am a success story and it’s not known in this company for someone in my department to be promoted as fast as I have been.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

What helped me build was my determination and work ethic. I always strive to complete everything that I am faced with.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

Always remember that even though you’re a manager, your team deserves just as much respect as you do if not more. Never allow your team to feel that they are not valued.
