We were lucky to catch up with Elle Aiche recently and have shared our conversation below.
Elle, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
I’ve been passionate about art and design for as long as I can remember, but I never imagined it could become a professional path for me. My mom is also an artist, though she never pursued it seriously. In many ways, I feel like I’m carrying forward the dreams she once had.
For me, the creative process is driven by a deep love for making art and finding beauty in the world around us. I hope that by sharing my journey, I can inspire others to believe in themselves and follow their own inner calling—especially if it’s something they’ve been hesitant to embrace.
I truly believe that we are all multi-faceted, and it’s important to let every part of ourselves shine.

Elle, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am a contemporary artist based in Chicago, and I’ve been painting for nearly a decade. My original paintings and fine art prints are now part of hundreds of private collections worldwide—something I feel incredibly grateful for. Connecting with people who resonate with my work is one of the most rewarding aspects of my journey. It’s always special when a collector reaches out to share how my art has impacted them.
Nature is a constant source of inspiration for me. Whether I’m traveling, visiting galleries and museums, or simply observing the architecture and nature around me, I’m always capturing moments—both in photos and mental notes. I love experimenting with different techniques and mediums, allowing each piece to evolve organically. For me, the most exciting part of the creative process is watching a collection take shape, transforming from an initial idea into a fully realized body of work.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I started by simply sharing my painting journey and creative process online. At first, it was just friends following along, but over time, my audience grew organically. When I began working with a gallery to showcase my artwork, that exposure helped me connect with even more people. Growth takes time, but I believe it’s far more valuable to have a genuinely engaged audience than a large following that isn’t truly invested in your work.
If I could offer one piece of advice to someone just starting out, it would be this: the only lasting way to build a true following is by being completely authentic and staying true to your vision. If you try to be someone you’re not, it won’t be sustainable—and the audience you attract won’t be connecting with the real you.
When you speak to your audience as your true self, everything flows naturally. Your posts come from the heart, and that kind of authenticity is what truly resonates with people.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The most rewarding part of being an artist for me is bringing something to life from nothing. There’s something truly special about seeing a vision take shape on canvas and then sharing it with the world. I feel incredibly fortunate to watch my ideas evolve into finished paintings that ultimately find a home with collectors who connect with them.
I also love collaborating with other creatives—whether it’s for a photoshoot, designing a space, or working on unique design projects. It’s inspiring to see my artwork used in different ways and to play a role in bringing someone else’s vision to life. Creativity is such a dynamic process, and sharing that experience with others makes it even more fulfilling.
