We were lucky to catch up with Ria Visitacion recently and have shared our conversation below.
Ria , appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
The Mission behind my company is so that people can feel Empowered to go after the life they truly desire. The way were brought into society makes us believe that we are just average individuals who then become scared to take a risk to give themselves a better life. We have limiting beliefs. I love empowering people to know they can achieve anything they dream of with strong leadership and guidance. I help & also teach individuals about Financial Education , Generational Wealth Building & Also that they can become Entrepreneurs just by going after what they dream of and through pure hard work & the will to survive they really can go after it all!
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My Name is Ria Visitacion, I am 35 & a Mother to two beautiful Twin Daughters! I have a deep passion in seeing people Elevate in Life & helping them to achieve success! I know that God put me on this earth to simply live out my purpose & mentoring individuals in believing that anything is possible as long as we have faith & pair that with hard work! My line of work goes deeper then a Beauty Educator or Financial Broker. I am many things outside of being a mom & a devoted partner to my other half & also God but I’d like to say overall I mentor individuals in unlocking their true potential. I was also driven by knowing GODs purpose goes deeper then just wanting Financial Success or a building a Legacy, its so I could help change peoples lives how ever way that looked.
I didnt start in the industry that I am I in now which is Finance. My one true passion believe it or not is beautifying woman by enhancing their physical loosks things like lashes (lol) I always loved making individuals feel their best and expressing that through beauty is something amazing. Although beauty was a deep passion I knew that God had created me to live in purpose which lead me to becoming a Financial Educator & owning my own firm through one of the greatest company’s called.. WORLD FINANCIAL GROUP. It started with a passion to unlocking the secrets that the rich and wealthy leveraged accpet sharing that information with everyone an anyone ^_^.Soon enough 3 years later Im running 3 different locations and building and planting the seed in multiple states. I truly felt like making an impact and paring that with god driven purpose was my calling. Almost 10 years as a Beauty Educator & Lash Artist lead me to spreading my wings as a mentor in multiple industries!
All I knew was I wanted to see what God had in store for me and little did I know his plans were truly to help me bring others closer to him but mainly change there lives with Financial Education. Unlocking the secrets to TAX FREE savings strategies & No Market Loss kind of financial vehicles that would allow someone to build Generational Wealth teaching individuals “the rule of 72” (compounding interest) was a Phenomenon that most dont really know about. So i truly was on a mission to help everyone understand you can build wealth simply by planting the seed today for the next generations to come, thats the part that intrigued me the most. So i set off in this industry and now mentor others to want more, save more, & grow more by teaching them the mission and vision of WFG that they would be able to apply in their lives! The problems that I help people solve is helping them gain information that they do not know exist all so we can in the end create a Financial Plan for them that not only positions them for TAX FREE RETIREMENT & GENERATIONAL WEALTH, but it helps assist them with comfort knowing there childeren and great grandchildren wont have to suffer due to not having another option that will bring financial security and protect their legacy! The part in all this that makes me so proud of what we do is the fact that, No matter what we decide to do anything you dream of doing you can acheive.
Coming from different Industries From Real Estate, to Beauty, & now Finance I truly have a passion in mentoring and coaching individuals on going after all they dream of and assisting in the process of their success. Allowing them believe that if you truly have what it takes because you know exactly what you deserve anything can happen. Really learning the true meaning of what it takes to become a Leader/Entrepreneur has truly become rewarding even in the moments of uncertainty & adversity. One thing that truly amazes me about the way our minds work is we can do anything we truly believe in. A major mile stone for me was the ay i made $6,000 in one day and frokm then on I knew deep down inside if I can achieve doing this I can truly achieve anything & to know that God has not only blessed me in mentoring and coaching other people to do the same its being able to see the transformation taking place in someones life and you assisted them along the way. The one thing I want people to know is that no matter what road you take life will always be hard, so why not give it your all, because whoever fits into YOUR WHY or the REASON for WINING will truly get you where you want to be. Dont give up but fight for what you really truly deserve and the ones who count on you everyday!
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Growing up I felt s if I was an outcast. The reason being was ever since i could remember my parents instilled faith in me & as it developed with in me I came to have a big heart. As time went on in my life many people took my kindness for granted. Growing up in a Christian home truly helped me to never change who I truly am and to always have the heart I have but in times of discomfort instead of being bitter it prompted me to adapt to the adversities in life that would initially be a super power… Being Resilient. The hardest thing that any human has to do is be able to never let their emotions get the best of them. Pivoting is literally your best friend in business ^_^. The moment you can turn your feelings off and make executive decisions that allow you to never let them dictate your decisions is truly a powerful thing that many of us learn later in life. Controlling the way we feel and doing whats best for the betterment of everyone and putting your feelings aside when needed be is the true definition of a leader. Just like what Simon Sinek said “Leaders sacrifice themselves never their people. Anytime I fell down due to hardships and being knocked over especially with adversity I never stayed down for too long, & if no one was around to encourage me I would remind myself that sometimes we have to be the ones to have those pep talks with ourselves and GOD to keep going. Thats how STRONG LEADERS are built. Where my resilience came for me was here: every time I felt like I failed I never gave up because I knew I was MEANT for more no matter how I felt even in the moments of PAIN I always fought throught & turned to God. All the moments that tested me and brought me to where I am currently I have to thank the resilience I have and also having the strength to take it up to GOD any time there was a moment of weakness, doubt, fear & negativity my resilience to keep going and eliminate the things that would hinder my blessings is what empowered building my resilience even stronger. In the end it helped me to teach others that without it we really short ourselves on what were meant for when we for one second believe we cannot make it or get through lifes curve balls and adversity.
Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
There are so many things that contributed to the way I think now an what I feel Entrepreneurship means to me. My grandmother (Lucina Visitacion) embodied what it meant to go after all you desire. She has instilled that in almost all her grand children weather they believe it or not but to me she really showed me how a true boss moves and always will go after what she desires From a Mother of 4 to a business woman in the Beauty Industry & Business Negotiations I truly get my drive from her and truly hank her for that ^_^. Outside of that influence having a MENTOR or a SPHERE of INFLUENCE that adds value in your life is the KEY really. its like the phrase they say ” if you hang out with 5 millionaires you will be the 6th” following those who do what it takes to win will definitely have a positive impact on your results. Now for Books :Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill , The Art of Seduction by Robert Greene, The 10x Rule by Grant Cardone, The Bible, Attomic Habbits, & the System Builders Book are all really amazing books that will definitely shape the mindset and mold you especially in business. These really have helped me to pour into my mind studying what it takes to grow & build an Empire!
