Hi Stephanie & Cindy, thanks for joining us today. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
We envision Salsas Chilaca leaving a legacy that goes beyond just creating delicious salsas. Our goal is to be remembered as a brand that truly celebrates and preserves the rich culinary heritage of Mexico. We hope people will say that we built a company were quality and authenticity came first, were every bottle of salsa was a tribute to our traditions, and a way to bring people together around and share love for great food. Ultimately, we want Salsas Chilaca to be known as a beacon of passion and pride in Mexican cuisine, inspiring others to appreciate the art of authentic flavors.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
We are 2 sister, born and raised in Mexico, who, upon migrating to the United States, felt a deep nostalgia for Mexican flavors that led us to create Salsas Chilaca. In each of ours products we use 100% authentic Mexican tradicional recipes passed down in our family.
At Salsas Chilaca, we offer a range of handcrafted salsas made with high quality, carefully selected ingredients. Each bottle is a tribute to our culinary heritage, capturing the spirit and warmth of tradicional Mexican cooking.
What set us apart is our unwavering commitment to authenticity and quality. We are not just selling a product; we are sharing a piece of our culture, inviting everyone to experience the flavors and traditions that have been passed down through generations. Any advice for managing a team?
Managing a team in our business isn’t just about delegating tasks, is about building a family-like environment by sharing our vision, having an open communication, celebrating together the launching of a new salsa or receiving a great costumer review, these moments strengthen our bond and boost morale, we give the freedom to take initiative and be creative, this helps everyone feel valued and proud of their contributions, and coming from diverse backgrounds have respect and empathy builds a strong a motivated team.

By staying true to our roots and consistently delivering an authentic taste of Mexico, we have resonated deeply with our costumers.
