Brandon, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Being a business owner can be really hard sometimes. It’s rewarding, but most business owners we’ve spoken sometimes think about what it would have been like to have had a regular job instead. Have you ever wondered that yourself? It excites me everyday to be a business owner. Although in the beginning of your entrepreneurial journey its very hard to maintain a set schedule and income, it gives you many time to think and develop your mind; if you have it in you ..
Any 9-5 is “guaranteed income” but at the expense of your valuable time. Lets not say toxic work environments everyone has been into at least once in their lifetime! All these cons of a regular job eventually catch up to you if you do not get out of it on time (Get Old) or manage your money correctly to invest further in life.
As a business owner, you can decide what to do with your company. From the structure, to policies, to employee presentation, to how much money you want to charge. Its your monopoly game and if played correctly, you can get really far in this beautiful game of life. Enjoy it that tomorrow isn’t promised, take chances and don’t regret leaving great employers for your dreams!

For the people who don’t know me, my name is Brandon Vanegas, a Latino Award Winning Entrepreneur and Aspiring Mayor living in California.
My journey began 2018 in the distribution industry. I started as a dispatcher in a big brand named company that usually delivers your packages in two days..
That was my perfect opportunity for networking. It was a Mine of Gold in my eyes. All i saw was dirty delivery vans and pissed off drivers! It was like a spark of ideas that went through me for the first two weeks of working there; although not knowing a single thing about a waterless wash, i got to work!
I started by buying a touchless soap product that was sold in Tijuana, MX. Due to it being so affordable and me landing my first 50 van contract overnight, i just had to try anything..
The policies of this property were simply no water on premises. Eventually, we invented our own waterless solution, patent it, and started using it for our services and business.
Over the years, we’ve expanded into the pressure washing industry and gained many clients due to our valuable Amazon recommendations. We transitioned from “Waterless Fleet Wash” to “San Diego Fleet Wash” and thankfully, we now service companies like FedEx, Coca Cola, URBN pizza, and many more!
Although for many people this may just seem like a “wash”; Business owners and fleet maintenance supervisors understand company image goes a long way. I’ve trained every technician on my team to always go a little extra and provide every customer with a great experience. I require the team to help clean my adopted freeway in Chula Vista once per month, and give them the option to hop along when proving food, blankets and bibles to the homeless once per month as well. Being really energetic and positive has helped me manage teams over 50-70 people. Day to Day positive energy and leadership will guide your team a long way
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Thee old techniques still work. In this case, cold calling was my biggest success! It’s funny because at first i was very introverted, a very shy guy to take a leading conversation or sale call. I started listening to Grant Cardone and my mindset completely changed. Cold calling can take you from introverted to shooting multiple figure businesses.. just try it
