Deidra , can you walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started training with Ryan Coleman at Omni Fitness through a friend, and now, a year and a half later, I absolutely love the journey I’m on. I never imagined I’d stick with working out for a month, let alone over a year. At first, I didn’t know what to expect, but I can honestly say I have no regrets.

Omni Fitness has become my gym family. Ryan isn’t just a trainer; he’s a health expert, a physical therapist, and someone who offers valuable knowledge and feedback on lifestyle and goals. He’s also the kind of person who will hold you accountable. As long as you show up and stay consistent, the results will speak for themselves.

I’ll be an Omni Fitness member for life, and I’ll always be Ryan’s biggest supporter. He’s helped me lose weight and feel amazing about my progress. There have been slip-ups along the way, but I know real change takes time. Let’s talk about your work and career – what else should we know?
I currently work Forum Credit Union a call center in Fishers Indiana and part time at Target as a cashier. I am currently working to save up so I can invest in a business I want to start. I love solving problems for people. I love helping people.
