My parents always emphasized the importance of integrity, excellence, and faith. They taught me to approach every task with dedication and to always strive for excellence, no matter how small the task. They also encouraged me to put faith at the center of their life, finding strength and guidance in their beliefs.

Hi everyone! My name is Michella Elad and I’m passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. My journey into the world of fitness began when I was in middle school. I started running track in the 4th grade and have been involved in numerous sports throughout my life, including basketball, volleyball, track and field, and flag football. My love for sports and physical activity started at a young age. Being active in various sports taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. These experiences laid the foundation for my dedication to fitness and health.
I have been showcasing my fitness skills on social media for the past 5 years to motivate and inspire others to get in shape. On my page, you’ll find effective workout routines, fitness tips, and encouraging messages to keep you inspired on your fitness journey. What sets me apart from others is my intentional and serious approach to health. I’m not just about talking the talk; I’m really about that life! Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Growing my clientele effectively involves a combination of strategies that I’ve found to be very effective. Being responsive and approachable is crucial. People are more likely to engage with someone who is friendly and accessible, so I make sure to respond promptly to messages and comments, and I always use a warm and welcoming tone in my interactions. Improving my social skills has also helped me connect with potential clients. Even though I tend to be focused during workouts, I try to smile and acknowledge people, or initiate small talk at the gym or during events.
Transparency and honesty in my responses build trust. When people ask questions about their health and goals, I provide clear and accurate information, and I share personal experiences to relate to their struggles and successes. Showcasing my expertise through educational posts, tutorials, and client success stories demonstrates my knowledge and skills. Engaging with my audience by hosting Q&A sessions, creating interactive content, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule helps build a reliable presence.
Offering value beyond fitness tips, such as motivational content and exclusive offers, also attracts and retains clients. By combining these strategies, I can effectively grow my clientele while staying true to my values and approach. I keep being transparent, approachable, and dedicated, and this helps me continue to inspire and attract more people to their fitness journey.

Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
Other than training and knowledge, I believe several factors are crucial for succeeding in the fitness field. Having a genuine passion for fitness and a dedication to your own health and well-being can be incredibly motivating. This passion is often contagious and can inspire your clients to stay committed to their fitness goals. Effective communication is key. Being able to clearly explain exercises, provide feedback, and motivate clients is essential. Good communication also involves listening to your clients’ needs and concerns.
Understanding where your clients are coming from and empathizing with their struggles can help build strong relationships. This connection can make clients feel supported and more likely to stick with their fitness journey. Every client is different, and being able to adapt your approach to meet their individual needs is important. This might involve modifying workouts, adjusting your communication style, or finding new ways to motivate them.
Consistency in your own fitness routine and in your interactions with clients builds trust and reliability. Clients are more likely to follow your lead if they see you practicing what you preach. Building a network of like-minded individuals and creating a supportive community can enhance your reach and impact. Engaging with other fitness professionals and participating in community events can open up new opportunities.
Effectively marketing yourself and building a strong personal brand can help attract and retain clients. This includes having a professional online presence, sharing valuable content, and showcasing your expertise. Staying updated with the latest trends, research, and techniques in fitness ensures that you can provide the best possible guidance to your clients.
