Balancing a full-time job while growing my businesses—Laced Artistry and Thoroughbred Thred—requires strategy, discipline, and innovative time management. With limited hours outside of work, it’s essential to allocate time wisely by dedicating specific days for photography sessions, editing, content creation, and designing. I rely on scheduling tools to manage posts, streamline administrative tasks, and outsource when possible. To stay on track, I define success in measurable ways—such as booking three clients per month and selling 20 shirts per week—ensuring I set meaningful and achievable goals.

This year, I am focusing on reinvesting profits, with every dollar earned going toward scaling until my businesses can sustain me full-time. Instead of initially relying on paid ads, I plan to leverage organic social media growth, collaborations, and community engagement while creating package deals, exclusive offers, or memberships to boost revenue per sale.

Maintaining social media consistency remains a challenge, but I recognize its importance in building a strong presence for Laced Artistry and Thoroughbred Thred on Instagram, Pintrest, Etsy, and other popular platforms. I aim to reach a point where I can collaborate with influencers, participate in local events, and connect with other creatives to expand my reach.

Ultimately, I remind myself that success doesn’t happen overnight—consistency is key. By refining my approach based on what works and staying inspired, I can keep fueling my creativity and building the future I envision.

I don’t just take pictures; I craft visuals that turn ordinary moments into striking, unforgettable works of art.

As a creator, my passion for art has led me to explore many forms of expression—writing, music, painting, and clothing design. Music, in particular, speaks to my soul, inspiring me through powerful lyrics, meaningful quotes, and the people who bring them to life.
