We recently connected with Taylor Mccally and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Taylor thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Would you say you are more focused on growing revenue or cutting costs? We’d love to hear how you think about these two critical drivers.
At SuperTech Refrigeration, we’ve found that revenue growth and cost savings are crucial for our success in the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industry. While pursuing new business and expanding our reach are vital, we’ve learned that efficiency can be just as impactful.
For example, we recently invested in advanced energy-efficient technologies that not only boosted our service offerings but also significantly reduced operational costs. This allowed us to pass savings on to our customers, making us a go-to choice for businesses looking to optimize their systems.
By striking the right balance between these two drivers, we’ve unlocked new opportunities for revenue while also creating a leaner, more sustainable business model. The synergy is exciting, and it underscores the idea that growth isn’t just about chasing numbers; it’s about creating value and maximizing every resource. What’s your take on this ever-evolving relationship?

One of the most effective strategies for growing my clientele at SuperTech Refrigeration has been leveraging community engagement coupled with a strong commitment to customer education. At just 24 years old, I’ve harnessed my education as an alumnus of Atlanta Technical College and my background in a family trade to position SuperTech as a leader in the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industry.
I believe in treating every client interaction as an opportunity to provide exceptional value. How do you keep your team’s morale high?
One of the most effective strategies for maintaining high morale in my commercial HVAC and refrigeration company, Supertech Refrigeration, is fostering a culture of open communication and recognition. When team members feel heard and valued, their motivation and engagement naturally increase. I encourage regular check-ins and one-on-one meetings to ensure everyone has a voice and feels supported.
Additionally, it is crucial to celebrate successes—big and small. Whether completing a challenging project or simply meeting a weekly goal, acknowledging these achievements boosts morale and reinforces a sense of teamwork. I also promote a healthy work-life balance by being flexible with schedules and understanding that our team has lives outside of work.
Another key aspect is creating opportunities for professional development. I invest in training and skill-building workshops, allowing team members to grow and advance. This empowers them and instills a sense of loyalty and commitment to the company.
Finally, cultivating a family-like atmosphere within the team is vital. I prioritize team-building activities and outings, which help strengthen relationships and create a positive work environment. This approach makes everyone feel part of something bigger, working together toward a common goal.
I’ve maintained high morale and a motivated workforce in my company by combining open communication, recognition, professional development, and team cohesion to maintain high morale and a motivated workforce in my company.
