We were lucky to catch up with Wayne Wilson recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Wayne thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Folks often look at a successful business and imagine it was an overnight success, but from what we’ve seen this is often far from the truth. We’d love to hear your scaling up story – walk us through how you grew over time – what were some of the big things you had to do to grow and what was that scaling up journey like?
SynergenX has grown into the company it is today through perfecting our services, receiving highly-regarded reviews and referrals, and, most importantly, acquiring Low T Center and HerKare. Our approach is to provide innovative health and wellness care to both men and women who are looking to better their overall health. To attain this goal, acquiring two additional companies in the same field was essential to expand our reach. We did this by merging company cultures, informing and incorporating staff and clients throughout the acquisition process, and keeping our mission goal aligned throughout all three companies.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
After serving in the U.S. Army as a combat medic for 21 years, I found my passion and commitment to patient care. I moved on to provide hormone healthcare after earning my degree from the University of Nebraska. From there, I transitioned into civilian healthcare, practicing as a clinic director at a Low T Center. Seeing the benefits and effects hormone therapy has on people inspired me to create SynergenX with a focus on providing personalized care to each individual looking to better their health.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Acquiring Low T Center and HerKare were no small tasks and proved challenging. Many small steps go into acquisitions, and it was my responsibility to ensure a seamless transition. This meant we had to align company missions, incorporate company cultures into one, execute due diligence, and provide ongoing excellent care and customer service to our clients. My background in leadership and resilience from the military helped guide me through these acquisitions and turned them into opportunities for growth.
