Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Anai Sanchez. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Anai, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a naturally neat person always tidying up my room and organizing the spaces around my home. It was second nature to me, and honestly I found it fun and addicting to take control of my environment. When the idea for this business came to me, I was 20 years old and a full-time college student. One day I was watching a YouTube video where some YouTubers had hired a professional organizer, and that’s when the lightbulb went off. I realized this was a real job, people actually paid others to organize their homes!
At the time, I was on a path to becoming an ear, nose, and throat doctor. But that video made me think: “If I weren’t on this path, I’d be a pro organizer.” It felt risky to step into the entrepreneurship world without a business background, but my mom encouraged me to go for it. That push was all I needed to start my business, and it’s been my best decision yet.
I didn’t know if this business would work—it was more of an experiment. But I realized I could help people create organized homes, freeing them to focus on life and feel less overwhelmed. Plus, I’d have a blast doing it!

Anai, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
We’re a home organizing company serving clients throughout Las Vegas and Henderson, offering tailored decluttering, organizing, and relocation services. Whether you want to refine a single space or transform your entire home, we handle every detail. From pantries to garages and even business spaces, we ensure each area is functional and beautifully organized.
Our work goes beyond just organizing—it’s about creating spaces where you can thrive. We aim to help you feel more calm and in control of your environment so that you can live your best life. We’re here for those who are short on time, feeling overwhelmed, or finally ready to reclaim their spaces.
What sets us apart is our attention to detail. Every little detail matters, not just in our organizing process but also in how we interact with our clients and guide them through the journey. How’d you meet your business partner?
Jason is my high school sweetheart, and he’s probably even neater than I am! We’ve been together since we were 15, and fun fact he’s the one who taught me my magic folding skills. I’ll be forever grateful for that.
When the business started picking up, I needed an extra set of hands, and now we’re tackling spaces twice as fast. We’ve turned this into a family business, and it’s been such a joy working alongside my partner and sister. I love the dynamic we have as a team and the beautifully organized spaces we’re creating together!

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
One thing I didn’t think much about in the beginning is that not everyone is meant to be your client. Early on, I was so excited to take on any project that some of them didn’t feel fun or fulfilling. It’s a lesson I’ve learned along the way. Not everyone will be the right fit, and that’s perfectly okay.
