Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Antonio Crespi. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Antonio, thanks for joining us today. Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?
For me, legacy is everything.
As a 17-year old single dad, I had to grow up very fast. I was faced with learning to be a father while still being a kid in high school/college, managing a collegiate soccer career and working to provide for my family. It came with a lot of doubts and nay-sayers who didn’t believe I could make it out of a tough situation. There were many growing pains and struggles but these moments molded and fueled me into the man and business owner I am today. Those early years of trials and tribulations were tough but taught me the true definition of hustle and sacrifice.
.
For as long as I can remember, I have been working towards my legacy. It’s my driving force to wake up daily and provide for my son and family. I constantly ask myself, “How can I be better?” “What can I learn today to grow my business?” “How can I provide a better service for my clients?” Questions like these push me to be better and do more. I believe my son is watching me and my drive for more will always be remembered. Those lessons are priceless.
When I am gone, I think I will be remembered for my generosity, my selflessness and unwillingness to settle for less. I spend my days researching, networking, and working on ways to grow and scale every area of my life. I hope to be remembered for always providing an opportunity to others who were once in my situation. I hope to be the person in my family who breaks financial curses. I aim to be able to touch others lives as I once was at my lowest moments.
I learned a lot about business, financial literacy and money on my own or the hard way. If I can share my knowledge to others in hopes of them applying it to their lives then its a mission accomplished. It means the struggles didn’t go in vain and that knowledge can transcend generations to come.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

How did you build your audience on social media?
Social media has been the driving tool to grow my business. From day one, I have prioritized my online presence to be able to acquire and keep clients. While I may not have all the answers, I do know that my clients enjoy consistency. I consistently provide information and tax tips on my social media platforms and weekly newsletters. This consistency has shown my clients that Crespi Tax Group is a credible and honest source for tax services and products.
My biggest advice for anyone starting to build their online presence is consistency whether once a week or daily. Also, to not get too wrapped up into analytics. If your posts reaches one person, that is good enough.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
While managing difference personalities can be difficult. I have found that setting a high expectation and standard from the very beginning is super important. It lays the foundation for a successful relationship and partnership. I enjoy being motivating and pushing my team to do more. I remember my early days in the workforce and being a business owner and I aim to be the leader I wish I had. I can do it all but if I want to go far, I need a team. I am proud to say I have cultivated a strong group of problem solves who are dedicated to growing Crespi Tax Group.
