Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Nader Hanna. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Nader, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
Yes, a diognosis.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I am an inventor who by nature, one who despises inefficiency. I have worked in technology to support my dreams and I have a mind that is constantly attracted to enhancing or improving things I see. Some things i have attempted to improve were met with extreme opposition, as crazy sounding as that statement is, including a new type of solar cell that is 4x more efficient (to tuned bandwidths.) I can back this statement with axiomatic proof from the US patent office website, where my name is published. Other newer inventions are in process and other things are dreams that I hope to start on day. If I had unlimited resources, so many things could be made better. I am not bragging, just stating the obvious that many people like me see and can solve. Currently in process is a new medical device for cancer and other disease as well as a new kind of digital coin which cannot be manipulated, as its values are tied to atmospheric and geologic metrics that cannot be manipulated (patent pending.)
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
I have been through so much trauma, it is hard to believe I am not a drunk. Mugged twice in my life…two family members shot to death, thrown from a car at 70MPH at age 5. I can spend the next two hours typing out just how many traumas I have experienced, and thank ‘God for a mother who is alive to attest to it all. It is impossible to believe what I have been through, and more than 60 ER visits in my life does not even begin to tell the story.
We’d appreciate any insights you can share with us about selling a business.
I sold my half of a restaurant to my cousin. It was something I did with bittersweet feelings. I can say this: if you have a vision for a business, do your best not to rely on a partner. Hire a manager!!!
