Thank you for inviting me to share my insight in the marketing industry. Without a doubt, the most exciting trend is the boom of AI. Granted, a lot of people wonder if AI will take over and replace their jobs and that is a valid concern, considering how fast the technology has evolved. Nevertheless, I believe AI will cut down on all the pesky, mind-numbing activities to give us time to focus on more exciting riveting projects. As a marketing automation specialist for Supreme Garage Door, I’ve seen firsthand how AI can supercharge productivity and transform lead conversion systems for the better. I believe young professionals and small enterprises can cease the opportunity to follow the trend and escalate the business to new heights with the push of LLM models and AI experts.
During my time in Supreme Garage Door, I had so many breakthrough moments with AI. Honestly, it’s been a wild ride but a very gratifying one. One of my first breakthrough moments was creating an automated workflow that streamlined leads directly to our call center, slashing response times from 2-3 days to mere seconds. At the beginning, I was undertaking a difficult task, the project had several layers of integrations and custom automations, making it difficult to funnel the leads across different departments. However, once I completed the automation, the results were astounding: 50% boost in lead retention, and a 30% surge in ROI. We went from answering a lead in 3-2 days to getting a Customer Representative on the spot. I’m convinced that AI automation is a game-changer for industries like trade, offering unprecedented opportunities to maximize lead retention and get more bang for every marketing buck.

My goal is to make marketing as seamless and engaging as possible. I achieve this by building cutting-edge systems powered by AI-driven workflows that help clients squeeze every last drop of value from their leads. My background in outreach and event management, allows me to connect with clients and partners on a deeper level. One of the biggest challenges I tackle is helping businesses run cost-effective marketing campaigns. Often, marketing can get pricey fast, and many companies struggle to keep up with KPIs, lead management, and overall lead intake. My advice? Be creative, figure out how to game the system, sign-up for social media( it’s free!), go to local festivals and drop pamphlets, and bring your brand forward in professional settings. Bring your brand to life in professional settings. Understand your audience’s needs, likes, and dislikes, and find innovative ways to connect with them. We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
When I started out in college, I developed an acute case of impostor syndrome. The first year in college was really tough on me. I had no faith in my abilities, and I would doubt myself every step of the way. Since English is not my first language, I made extra efforts to keep up with the work, and I could barely make it at times. Yet something changed, and I became better, but I still had this mindset that I was tricking people. Once I graduated, I had to realize that my hard work was being noticed, and I was worthy of praise. I had to unlearn the doubt and the constant uncertainty. You have to embrace both the praise and the criticism, because only with that can you realize your real potential.
