We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Jasmin Rituper a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Jasmin, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
I auditioned for a stunt team for a film project. They were looking for an actress: dancer that could learn a fight choreography/ wire work in a harness and be comfortable to be tooled during the whole scene
I had a good intuition and knew thatcher’s exactly the thing for me.
I nailed it and got to know some of my most memorable people from the stunt community.
The other incredible feeling was being in a wire and be pulled up into the air while coordinating the body and executing the movements!
I stayed with this team fur 2 years to train and keep doing small projects..
Through this experience, I unleashed my passion for aerial arts, moving and dancing in the air and I could include my strive for sensuality

Jasmin, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I got into the industry form very early age on. My dance path started at age 3 and I graduated with a BA in dance and musical Theater in 2004 from the Amsterdam Theaterschool. I got my 300Hr yoga teacher training, kept education and learning all along the way. I went into aerial arts in 2008 and started performing as an aerialist shortly after,
My path as a dancer, performer, aerialist and nude art model has been shaping itself as I was creating every day.
My most impactful time was 7 years in New York where I literally jumped into the pool of entertainment and where I met myself.
Where are my boundaries, what am I truely passionate about as a movement artist, what do I want or need to create to feel fulfilled … ?
I attacked all fields I could see myself in.
Working with the element air, stunts, being sensual, powerful , strong in my female body and essence,
Having fun and joy when sharing this creative work and process with other likeminded souls…
By the time I got back to Europe in 2014 … I started teaching more, still performing a lot and modeling for workshops and private bookings.
Now, I share my offerings in teaching m, foto shooting and performing on stage and for tv/commercials/film.
I teach in Nosara for NPAA( Costa Rica ) –
Nosara performing arts academy for kids.
I teach privates and other dance and fitness classes.
I have an online shop where I started to seek my art. Nude art / fotos and soon maybe other products….
Part time in Europe,…
I work with the Salzburg Philharmonic Orchestra ( since 10 years ) where I dance, perform, act and choreograph for various shows and galas.
Throughout I get booked by photographers for single shoots or foto workshops

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
Injuries teach you the most important lessons.
My herniated disk taught me to become gentler in my approach on life. Not just my training or the rest hours but the overall speed and stress level I would take on to make “it” in New York.
It’s also about recognising who we are. What our go to thing is, what my daily tempo of moving around, doing things, being aware and patient or not ;)
It hanged my body and how I feel,
I got stronger and more flexible after my herniation and I took the yoga teacher training with that injury! ( the doctor recommended surgery and I went to the yoga teach training into the jungle ;)
My second and much heavier injury was an aerial accident 15 months ago.
The most amazing part was my intuition. My rehab which I did by myself.
I was in an environment that lifted my soul and my spirit every day.
I trainings with all the knowledge that I gained over my life.
I took the doctors advice and combined all that together.
What really really helped though was that place and the feeling so well where I did my rehab!

Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?
I think one of the key elements is to connnect with people. To be able to meet others in a natural way, to develop a true and healthy vision that you live and therefore will be able to sell. To be passionate about what you want to make or grow into a business.
Creating a balance of the creation and art and work process as well as connecting with likeminded, find spaces where your art or service can be shared and seen by others.
Healthy growth.
Connecting in person and online equally !
