Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Thalia Galindo. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Thalia, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.

The moment I decided to really dive into my spiritual practice, I realized that there was so much for me to learn. All parts of me felt excited about the practices I was coming across from different practitioners but most of all, these parts of me wanted to experience them at a deeper level. My spiritual awakening started in 2017 and I dedicated myself to healing the broken parts of me that kept showing up. When I felt that it was somewhat under control in 2019, I started being consistent with spiritual practices not only to heal thyself but to assist others as I felt so passionate about the knowledge I was coming across. But my work really started in 2023. I was working my corporate job and while I was really good at it and liked it, I was bored. I kept feeling like I was meant for more, something deeper, rare and fullfilling. I kept having this idea of letting go of my job but I was so afraid. See somehow we have been programed to feel secure in a job. It feels safe to have a paycheck you can count on. Specially if you know how good you are at your position. So stepping into the unknown, the uncertainty of how I would live my life by resigning, scared me so much. After a couple of months with the back and forth, one morning I just sat on my desk at 4am typed a resignation letter with a definitive date and turned it in. That moment is when I knew I had just stepped into a new and unknown me. The career I had been so good at for the last 10 years was about to end and I had no idea what was in store for me. But I knew I had to trust in this new calling. Trust was my biggest takeaway and I’m glad I took action.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Wow this is such a beautiful and deep question. It’s a very long story but to summarize it a little shorter, what lead me to my practice and services in this new career of mine was, PTSD and Postpartum depression. Back in 2015 I was diagnosed with Postpartum depression and pretty much ignored it until I had a huge breakdown in 2017 and then found out I also had symptoms of PTSD. Unfortunate events had to happen to me un order for me to find all this out. That lead me into a spiritual awakening and deep practice of healing began for me. I decided to be consistent with the work of reprogramming and spiritual practices. I took interest in different energy healing modalities with the expectation of “fixing” myself. Later to find that the way I felt about myself and life was just a projection and I needed no fixing. With time, consistent work and effort I learned a lot about myself, which then helped me to evolve in a quantum energetic healer who now has different services to offer. I happily provide energy healing services that help people free themselves from their own inner conflict and projections. These services are reiki, pranic healing, spiritual response therapy, light language and kundalini work. All modalities assist people emotionally, energetically, physically, mentally, soully and even with past lives. The amount of inner freedom that can be accomplished from all the services I provide is infinite. Each time, there is something different to uncover, feel, release and let go. The core of my work is to help people transition from where they currently are to where they want to be. And this is what sets me apart from others in this field. I don’t just provide a service from start to finish and say goodbye. I help the individual transition from an old frequency to a new one. See, 99% of the time our human self has many personalities and each one has a story the individual has identified with. This makes it very challenging for the individual to get to where they want to be. As we work together, using any of my services we go so deep into those stories and find the roots that need assistance in transitioning by helping it feel safe and secure not just in the mind but in the body. My work allows the individual to no longer fear their own darkness and instead alchemize it into light. Once accomplished, those parts die and are reborn which in turn helps the individual see and feel different about life, themselves, or the situations that were keeping them in a negative or low frequency. I’ve helped clients release trapped emotions, stagnant energy, trauma, subconscious reprogramming, energy activations and so much more. Knowing these services can bring so much value to one’s life is what I am deeply proud of. I want people to know that if they come across my work and feel a resonance to trust it and give themselves permission to free themselves from the inner blockages that are no longer serving their life. Happiness, fulfillment, love and all the positive does exist and can be felt and seen everywhere.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

It might sound a bit cliche but for me my most effective strategy is connection. And to be honest I don’t even see it as a strategy but a part of who I am. Building connection with my clients has brought me more clientele. I always like to check in after sessions and be available for conversations or things that come up with past clients because this helps me build community and a safe place for my clients to come back to when in need.

If you could go back in time, do you think you would have chosen a different profession or specialty?

I most definitely would. My profession has provided me with so much love, compassion, understanding and inner freedom that I don’t see why I would choose anything else. I’ve been lucky and blessed enough to have a deep connection with spirit and myself and to me, that is extremely valuable.
