This reflects a larger desire to reduce environmental impact while creating healthier indoor spaces.

With more people working from home, clients are seeking designs that offer flexibility, such as home offices that double as guest rooms or kitchens with built-in workstations. Open-concept living is still popular, but we’re also seeing an increased focus on creating cozy, defined spaces within those layouts.

Lastly, personalization is at an all time high. Clients want their spaces to reflect their unique lifestyles and tastes, which is why custom cabinetry, bespoke fixtures, and personalized layouts are more in demand than ever. For example, we’re currently working on a completely new custom Craftsman home in Pasadena. This project is rich in specific details. All the molding, casing, cabinetry, and vanities are handcrafted with custom woodwork to match the client’s vision. In another project, we’re blending personalization with energy efficient solutions and custom designed spaces tailored to the client’s needs. These trends are transforming the industry and enabling us to create truly one-of-a-kind homes.

Create Construction was born from a shared passion for design, craftsmanship, and client focused service. We started this company to bring a fresh perspective to construction, blending his extensive expertise in building and my background in real estate and design. Together, we saw the opportunity to create not just spaces but experiences. Homes that are beautiful, functional, and perfectly tailored to each client’s lifestyle.

We specialize in remodeling and custom builds, offering services from initial design concepts to the finished product. Our goal is to make the process seamless and enjoyable for our clients, solving challenges like outdated layouts, inefficient use of space, or the need for modern, eco friendly upgrades.
