𝖉𝖔𝖘, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear about a project that you’ve worked on that’s meant a lot to you.
First and foremost, I’d like to express deep gratitude for providing a platform and an opportunity for me to share part of my creative journey that is essential to who I am as an entrepreneur and an independent artist. To inspire and to be of service was always an initial goal and intention for me while laying the blueprint and building the foundation for my brand, usthetiq (us the timeless infinite quality). I prioritize finding new ways to contribute to positive change that will expand the level of freedom and independence that the artists of today and the future generations experience. I envision a world where every artist is their own storefront, in a direct to consumer approach so that the artists dictate the value of their art and also feel the direct impact of the support that they receive from their supporters. This aspiration and creative desire would lead me to launch a project called “indinspo” which is the unification of independence and inspiration.
Representation is everything and leading by example is the best way to individually and collectively inspire one another. Through “indinspo” the independent artists of today and the future are able to share their creative work exclusively through a unique link that will be the infinite source of connection between the art, the artist and the consumer. As the first artist to release a project through this creative platform, it is gratifying feeing the sense of creative control and freedom that I am experiencing throughout the process of distributing and sharing my art. On January 11, 2025 after previewing a series of unreleased tracks through 1 minute Tik Tok previews and 1 minute Instagram story highlights, RAWEST WINTER by 𝖉𝖔𝖘 was released exclusively through “indinspo” by way of GumRoad. The 11 track project bridges the gap between multiple music genres and unifies them through its unique production style and subject matter. By purchasing the project through “indinspo” the supporter receives 11 mp3 track files and 11 visual mp4 video files to accompany the product, creating a visual and audio experience for the album.
As I mentioned before, the overall intention and goal for “indinspo” and “usthetiq” the brand, is to inspire and to be of service. This project is important to me because it is designed to promote creative freedom and independence for artists, creatives and visionaries. Every artist deserves to feel the direct love and support of their creative work. If we are able to contribute to an independent artist revolution that will yield more success and freedom for the artists, then our mission will be accomplished. Last but not least, a mantra that is practiced by usthetiq is “faith in God, bet on self” and we encourage the human race and all of the creatives around the world to give gratitude and to continue to be confident in our creative expression while using our gifts. 𝖉𝖔𝖘, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am 𝖉𝖔𝖘; a visual concept artist, creative director, designer, entrepreneur and owner of the brand “usthetiq” (us the timeless infinite quality). I am 31 years old and I am from Maryland. The name 𝖉𝖔𝖘 is multilayered and derived from my experience as an athlete wearing the number 2. This would eventually manifest into the artist name “tudope.” which I was formerly known as. tudope. is an artist inspired by 2Pac, who would eventually launch his own visual art platform “2DOPE4TV” in 2020 during the global pandemic. The next 4 years would be dedicated to finding one’s creative niche and figuring out the best creative approach to transmuting his message.
One of my early works during this time was a website that I launched through Squarespace that was called STORM STORY STORE. Through STORM STORY STORE, I was able to display my creative work as a visual experience and soundtrack with accompanying visual art concepts for each track. Over the next few years, I would experiment with this initial idea and continue to build off it through my journey as an artist.
In 2023, I discovered a platform called Universe during my experimental creative process for a new project. Through Universe I learned how to share an individual song or a full length project by way of a video file shared through a custom website link. So rather than needing to release every song that I create on streaming platforms, I established a way to create an exclusivity of my art where in order to have access to certain music, you would need to go through the custom link created on Universe. I spent the majority of 2023 previewing and releasing new creative material through Universe, and sharing the links through my Instagram bio and story highlights. This creative approach would then inspire and lead to me launching my creative brand “usthetiq” on November 11, 2023.
Initially, “usthetiq” was launched as a creative brand where I was able to create and design custom merch pieces and present them through my brand website created via Squarespace. Previously, I designed a custom vinyl record for a project I created called “CLEAR.” that was released on November 11, 2022. This opened my mind up to designing merch pieces to accompany the art that I was creating. Similar to the STORM STORY STORE, I was able to use the website as a hub for my creative work and document the journey as I go.
2024 was more experimenting and learning as I found myself desiring more freedom and independence as an artist. While freedom and independence always existed for me throughout my creative journey, I still did relinquish some of that control to streaming platforms. I convinced myself for a while that this was done in order to exist in a space where I could reach the masses. Today, I have grown to know and feel differently and I feel that I am doing a disservice to myself and to the future generations of artists, creatives and visionaries if I do not take a stance that will benefit the evolution of art.
This belief inspired me to create “indinspo” through “usthetiq”. A selfless act on my behalf, done with the intention of creating opportunities for other artists that will promote freedom and independence. As a human and as a creative I find purpose in being of service. I would like for that to be what I represent as a creative moving forward. Through “indinspo” we take our power back as artists, creatives and visionaries and dictate the value of our own creative work. This also serves as a personal storefront for the artist, creating an entrepreneurial environment and a new way to present one’s art.
In conclusion, I am a multidimensional artist, creative, and designer that represents creative freedom and independence. My entrepreneurial journey has led me down a path that prioritizes innovation and creating opportunities for others beyond my own work. Through my brand “usthetiq” I intend to continue to inspire and to be of service to the world of art, creativity and the overall betterment of humanity. God bless and be well.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
Innovation, inspiration and being a representation of creative freedom and independence are what I would consider to be the primary goal and mission for me moving forward in my journey as an artist and creative. I believe that as artists and creatives we are all entrepreneurs in our own unique way, whether that is by way of distributing beats as a producer or selling online merch as a designer and brand owner. I am passionate about contributing to a positive shift in the creative space that will influence the artists of today and future generations to see themselves individually as a business and to treat their art as the number one product in that business. I envision a world where every artist has the opportunity, potential and creative space to invent their own iPod, mp3 player or usthetiqkey to release their art through. We have limitless reach with our creativity in today’s world with the improvement of technology and the access that we have. It is important to me for us collectively to take advantage of this and to utilize our creativity to push the culture of art forward.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
I am currently existing in a transitional phase of my creative journey where I am naturally experiencing a shift/pivot from one creative space to another. For at least three out of the last four years, if you were to ask me who I am as an artist the first word that would come to my mind would be rapper or producer. While I love that aspect of my creative background, because it is and will always be the foundation and where I started from, I do find that description of myself to be limiting. I find peace today knowing that I have outgrown those limitations and I have expanded myself beyond just that title.
Using my voice in more effective ways is more important to me now than it has ever been before. I’ve created a simple yet effective approach to my creativity that allows me to make the art greater by minimizing certain aspects of it. So before this year, there were times where I felt like I needed to write a full album or project to express myself creatively but now that has transitioned into me designing a merch piece or a visual art concept that expresses the same sentiment without using words as the primary means of expression. In a sense, I found a unique way to exemplify the phrase “a picture is worth a thousand words” by condensing my message and shifting from one creative means of communication to another.
