Juliett , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.

A few years ago I noticed myself hosting my daughters parties and always buying all the decorations and entertainment. Then I thought to myself “ Why not start something myself” at first it was just an idea but I couldn’t seem to let it go.
So I thought let’s start small. The first few months were tough. Figuring our equipment travel. Next thing I know My garage became my warehouse. My weekends were all about bringing clients vision to life.
Word of mouth became our biggest ally. One client told a friend and a friend soon told another. From inquiries to text.
Fast forward to now a year later our business has grown into something we are very proud of. Sure it’s hard word and some days are harder than others but every time we see a family find out the sex of the baby in our unique bubble house or the smiles filled with joy at parties with our Photo Booth it reminds me why I started this in the first place.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

We are a Party Rental company.
We started our business in 2024.
I’ve always been that person that can’t keep a birthday or event to a simple cake Cut. As the unique idea of hosting a Gender Reveal inside a bubble house became so unique to me I decided “ why not give this experience to someone else ?” Thankfully I count with the help of family as we are big on family values. I get to operate this business alongside my husband and partner Josh.
We have a 10×13 ft Bubble House with a 360 view from the inside out. The bubble house is adorned with clients choice of color balloons along with a 24×26 ft black out drape to cover the inside of bubble until reveal time to create a festive atmosphere. Inside the bubble house there will be pink for girl or blue for boy balloons prepped to reveal color.
The big reveal is done when friends and family gather around the bubble to add to the excitement.
In a unison countdown we remove the drape in which parent to be are inside removing blindfolds meanwhile the transparent walls allow everyone to see the reveal in real time creating an exciting effect.

But there’s more …
Our bubble house isn’t just for the reveal. Parent to be take family photos with friends and family to capture one of the most memorable moments.
Once pictures are taken the bubble becomes a fun space for kids to jump.
It’s a fresh twist to the traditional reveals.

Last but not least our Digital Photo Booth is the perfect combo to keep memories with costume props to tailor not just Gender reveals but birthday, weddings, reunions and more !

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?

For us at Jkids Party Rentals loyalty and strong relationships is key.
Our number one goal is always to deliver exceptional service. Being prompt, professional and flexible gives us and our clients a stress free experience building trust. We aren’t perfect but strive to always add our clients personal touch to the big day.
We are big communicators. We love to remind our clients about certain touches for the big day as we know the day of can get a little caotic. Always making sure our clients know we have it all under control.
We strive to always come up with deals and bundles to suit everyone’s budget.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

For us at Jkids Party Rentals my Partner Josh and I can agree that we had no choice but to unlearn “ Everything must be perfect before we move on”
We can say we aren’t perfect but have what we call “OCD”.
Reality is, perfection is unattainable. Progress and learning come from taking action even if it’s imperfect.
The party world doesn’t always go as planned. We are based off Miami Fl. Our weather is very off. We can wake up and have the sunshine while have a thunderstorm 15 minutes later.
Most of our events are outdoors due to the bubble house being so big and our photo booth props and drops do better without wind.
We’ve learned that certain things are unpredictable and we can only do the next best thing.
Reminding ourselves that perfection is unattainable at times make space for healthier, more effective perspectives and behaviors specially in a party world where stress can take over so quickly.
