Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Dii Pooler. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Dii, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?
The name Pooler Digital is more than just a business name—it’s a legacy and a tribute to my father, who raised me as a single parent. I watched him build a dynamic career as a boxer, a Wing Chun SiFu, and a 5th-degree black belt in Karate, later transitioning into a beloved professional coach. He embodies discipline, resilience, and an unrelenting work ethic. As a military veteran, his spirit of service and determination continue to inspire me every day.
Naming my business after him is my way of saluting his dedication and honoring the values he instilled in me. At Pooler Digital, I carry forward his legacy by supporting & coaching business owners, in-house teams, and freelancers to thrive in paid search. Just as he coached his fighters and teams to success, I aim to empower my clients with the tools and strategies they need to win in their own arenas.
As he passes the baton to me, my goal is to create something meaningful and enduring with our family name. Though my son doesn’t carry the name, he is my greatest inspiration—my reason to keep going, day in and day out. There’s beauty in his name and in the combination of the two: the legacy of where we’ve come from and the future we’re building together. My hope is to create something so meaningful that he feels proud to carry this legacy forward in his own unique way for generations to come.
Dii, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My name is Dii Pooler, and I’m the founder of Pooler Digital, a consultancy that specializes in Google Ads coaching, personalized training materials, and business consulting. At Pooler Digital, we work with eCommerce and B2B businesses, in-house marketing teams, and freelancers, helping them master Google Ads and achieve their paid search goals. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I bring skills in CRO, SEO, e-mail marketing, & more.
I discovered my love for Google Ads early in my career while running campaigns for professional development companies, recruitment firms, and staffing agencies. I was captivated by how data, creativity, and strategy intersect in paid search—it felt like solving a complex yet exciting puzzle every day. This passion, in combination with the birth of my son, inspired me to build a thriving freelance business and eventually launch Pooler Digital to help others unlock the same potential I’ve seen firsthand.
Google Ads is, and always will be my first love. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to becoming a subject matter expert, contributing to various platforms, websites, and communities by sharing actionable insights and proven strategies.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned—both in life and business—is that your ability to manage your time directly impacts your ability to manage your money. Atomic Habits by James Clear illustrates this beautifully: small, consistent habits compound over time, creating massive results. The same principle applies to time management. If you’re intentional about how you use your time—tracking it, prioritizing tasks, and eliminating distractions—it sets the foundation for success in all areas, including your finances.
I’ve found that those who are bad with their time are often bad with their money because they’re reactive rather than proactive. They let their day slip away on low-priority tasks and, in turn, allow opportunities to slip away as well. To break that cycle, it’s crucial to identify the small, daily habits that waste time and replace them with systems that move you closer to your goals.
Ultimately, learning to manage your time is a form of self-respect. As commonly said, how you spend your day is how you spend your life. When you master your time, you naturally become more disciplined and intentional in other areas, like your finances, relationships, and career.
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Managing a team and maintaining high morale starts with being human—recognizing that your team members are people first, with their own aspirations, challenges, and unique strengths. Empathy is the foundation of great leadership. By genuinely understanding your team’s individual goals and challenges, you can create an environment where they feel valued and supported.
Being straightforward is equally important. Clear communication, transparency, and honesty build trust and prevent misunderstandings. When your team knows exactly what’s expected of them and how their work contributes to the bigger picture, they’re more likely to feel motivated and aligned with the mission.
A critical part of maintaining morale is crafting tasks that build toward each individual’s personal and professional goals. When team members see how their daily contributions are helping them grow and achieve something meaningful, their work feels more rewarding. Take the time to align assignments with their strengths and ambitions. For example, if someone wants to develop leadership skills, you might delegate a small project they can take ownership of.
Finally, celebrate wins—big or small. Recognize individual and team achievements to show that their efforts matter. A simple acknowledgment can go a long way in making people feel appreciated and connected.
By being empathetic, clear, and intentional about fostering personal growth within the team, you’ll create a culture of trust, motivation, and shared success.
