The photography industry is very saturated. Anyone can take a good photo and purchase the same gear and software that you use. The biggest asset you have is yourself. Call center florists known as FTD’s. Many people do not know how to properly order flowers and how to get what they actually paid for. Florists have been trying to educate the public about FTD’s. First let’s start off with what an FTD is.. a call center that takes orders for flowers whether it be online or over the phone. I believe in this industry most people disagree with allowing the people around them to choose what personally works for them. I’ve noticed we get so excited about a specific path that has helped us tremendously and want to share this with the world. The holistic healers are here to inspire YOU and ignite the power within YOU to heal yourself! Read more>>

Even if a door doesn’t open, I can always go through a window; and if the window is boarded, I can always build something new. Read more>>

For the most part, the Real Estate Industry has been seen as a profession in which one gets to make quick money without much experience required. I didn’t want to be perceived like that. Prior to becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent, I worked as a Loan Officer for a Mortgage Company. And before that, my career began at a financial institution. The number one reason I decided to become a Realtor®️ was that very early in my Mortgage lending career I got to observe how so many buyers and sellers were putting themselves and their most significant investment at risk in the hands of non-professionals, poorly educated Real Estate agents.
