Alright, Torre thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
I want to be remembered as the guy who challenged the status quo when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Being Vegan and excelling at every level.
Torre, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am Torre Washington and prior to my current life as a fitness expert, speaker and athlete I was an Engineer in the automotive Industry and I had always been a fan of Bodybuilding from a very young age. I was raised vegetarian by my seventh day adventist mother so the transition to that of a vegan was quite easy and related to my interest in the Rastafarian Lifestyle. In my industry I provide overall wellness with an emphasis on sculpting or redesigning a persons physique.
I am most proud of being able to take what I enjoy doing and using it to serve others in a way that brings personal happiness to them.
I want people to know that change doesn’t have to immobilize you, you can accomplish your goals and or dreams with constant forward progression.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
My audience was purely organic from the beginning as I am truly passionate about organic interactions and not the type pass myself off as something that I am not. So I want to believe that my audience recognized this integrity and decided to come along for the journey.
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
The lesson I learned is that people will show you who they are when you first meet them its just hidden behind the mask but their true colors will always stand out.
