We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Radhika Hajela a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Radhika, thanks for joining us today. Let’s talk about keeping costs under control when growing. How have you managed to keep costs from getting out of control?
We keep the cost under control by closely monitoring the expenses but we make sure we dont compromise the quality.

we started this brand 5 years back, we are into luxury kitchens, wardrobes and vanities.
We started with only two people and now the family is growing exponentially.
Customer satisfaction and quality are our biggest drives in crafting the best product. We are keen to forge our qualities from time to time to meet the needs.
Our mission is to innovatively create and develop the best affordable products and services with high quality builds.
Can you talk to us about how you funded your business?
I used to work for a premium kitchen wardrobe brand and during covid i decided to open my own brand. we started with one table at home and eventually fetched few projects which gave us a base to take a studio in a premium design district. also this took almost 18 months.
Can you share one of your favorite marketing or sales stories?
Since we are just a startup brand, a lot of people don’t know about us. But fortunately i have a connect with all good architects and they refer us further.
quality is something we really focus and i understand what niche clients expect because i was working with a premium brand. i personally look into all the details and make sure the quality is maintained.
we give a premium product and competitive price with personal involvement at every stage – that’s our breakthrough story.
