Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Aviva Sonenreich. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Aviva thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. In our experience, overnight success is usually the result of years of hard work laying the foundation for success, but unfortunately, it’s exactly this part of the story that most of the media ignores. So, we’d appreciate if you could open up about your growth story and the nitty, gritty details that went into scaling up.
The Warehouse Hotline is a family-owned Commercial Real Estate brokerage established in 1984. When I joined, the business had a strong foundation, but to scale up and remain competitive, we had to embrace technology across the board—from updating our CRM to streamlining processes and modernizing marketing.
We started by upgrading our CRM system, which allowed us to manage leads more effectively and improve client follow-ups. On the operations side, we revamped workflows to handle inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures more efficiently. Automating repetitive tasks freed up time for high-value client interactions.
In marketing, we shifted to a digital-first strategy, using social media to tell our story and build brand awareness. By creating valuable content and running targeted campaigns, we expanded our reach and positioned ourselves as experts in industrial real estate.
There were challenges—transitioning a long-established business into a tech-driven operation wasn’t always smooth. But every setback helped us refine our approach. Today, thanks to these efforts, we’ve grown significantly while maintaining the personal touch that has defined us since 1984.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’m Aviva Sonenreich, managing broker at Warehouse Hotline LLC, a family-owned commercial real estate brokerage that’s been serving the Denver market since 1984. We specialize in industrial real estate, helping businesses find warehouse spaces, negotiate leases, and make smart investments. When I joined the company, I saw an opportunity to modernize it by using technology, improving our processes, and reaching clients through digital marketing. This helped us grow while staying true to our family’s legacy.
At Warehouse Hotline, we help clients with:
– Finding warehouse spaces and negotiating better lease terms.
– Buying and selling properties for businesses and investors.
– Analyzing leases to make sure clients get the best deals.
– Providing insights on market trends so businesses can make informed decisions.
Our job is to make things easier for our clients by handling the complex parts of industrial real estate, like finding the right location, negotiating terms, and helping businesses grow in the right spaces.
We stand out because we focus on building long-term relationships and offering specialized knowledge in the industrial real estate market. We don’t just work with clients—we guide them through every step, ensuring they get value beyond the deal itself.
Another thing that sets us apart is our strong social media presence. With over 1.1 million followers, I share useful tips and insights about real estate, which helps clients feel confident working with us.
I’m most proud of how we’ve grown while staying true to our values. We’ve helped many businesses find the right spaces and created lasting partnerships along the way. What I want people to know is that Warehouse Hotline isn’t just a brokerage—it’s a trusted partner that helps businesses succeed.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
When I started on social media, I focused on breaking down commercial real estate concepts in a simple, relatable way. Many people find things like warehouse leasing, property investments, and market trends confusing, so I made it my goal to explain these topics in a way that anyone could understand. By sharing real-life experiences, both successes and mistakes, I built trust with my audience. Over time, I learned that being consistent and engaging—whether by answering questions or starting conversations—was key to growing a strong following.
For anyone starting out, my advice is to share what you know and be patient. You don’t need to be perfect—what matters is being real and providing value. Post consistently, whether it’s once a week or a few times a day, and focus on helping your audience solve problems or learn something new. Most importantly, engage with your audience and build relationships. Social media growth takes time, but with patience and persistence, you’ll build a community that trusts and supports you.
Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
One of the biggest influences on my entrepreneurial and management thinking has been Gary Vaynerchuk (Gary Vee). His emphasis on authenticity, consistency, and delivering value helped shape my approach to both business and personal branding. His philosophy of playing the long game and building genuine relationships has been a guiding principle in growing Warehouse Hotline LLC and building my social media presence.
I’ve also been fortunate to learn from mentors at The Massimo Group, one of the top commercial real estate coaching organizations. Their guidance on business development, client relationships, and leadership gave me the tools to scale my brokerage while staying focused on providing exceptional service.
