We recently connected with R.C Lee and have shared our conversation below.

Hi R.C, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.

I took the risk of losing my family and friends to seek peace, create boundaries, and address all of my trauma. It took so much strength and love to do this because I had to move away from home to find myself in the process.

R.C, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I started hosting meditation sessions this year in my garage I just wanted to create a safe space so that I could release, relax,and reset practicing meditation. I started to post videos of my sessions and social media and people started to inquire so I opened my space every week for twenty weeks straight to the community. Im so proud of what Meditation With RC is growing into I’ve helped so many people who look like me identify and develop areas of their lives. I have clients who have told me that exercises that they learned in my sessions have helped them communicate better and lead more peaceful lives. My ultimate goal is to help my people heal their hearts and are there minds from the pain and stress of life through mindful meditation and breathing. I want to expand across the country and world telling my story and teaching the way I overcome all of my life’s hurdles to build a beautiful family and life.

Have you ever had to pivot?

I made a major pivot from a full time performing artist into a full time meditation guide and healer. after giving so much to the world I needed to give myself more time energy and love. Meditation was ousts a part of my daily routine and by Sharing it I started to build a community and that lead to today.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

the most effective way I’ve found building my clientele is to just being active, keeping motion, and having good business and integrity.
