Montray , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?

One of the things I like to do for my clients long after their contract has ended is to stay connected with them. I usually stay in contact with them to follow up to see how they are doing, help them celebrate their wins, offer moral support and even encouragement if it’s needed at no cost to them. They are an extended part of my coaching family and it’s important to make sure they are thriving.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

As a certified Life Coach, I specialize in helping individuals find focus and direction for their lives, provide guidance through life’s transitions, and assist with expanding their visions. I also help individuals break old habits and routines to foster an environment where change is inevitable. I help individuals create plans, establish goals, and help individuals recognize their potential which promotes a healthy and positive state of mind. My aim is to promote progress, change and confidence and I am dedicated to providing quality life coaching services that will transform lives.

Some of the services offered at Coaching Enstinct 3, LLC are, Career Coaching where individuals are able to discover their hidden talent and the field that best fits them, Professional Life Skills Training such as time management, teamwork and conflict resolution, Personal coaching to help individuals identify personal strengths and weakness to achieve personal goals and Spiritual coaching that helps individuals develop a more meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ. I also do speaking engagements on related topics and more.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

The best source of new clients for me is referrals. Referrals tend to be a more reliable and trusted source because they have first-hand knowledge and experience. Although I engage in social media, most of my clients have been word of mouth.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

My reputation is built upon the professionalism, respect and sensitivity demonstrated towards my clients. I am able to build and maintain a professional relationship while operating with integrity and meeting the standards and expectations of those utilizing my services. In other words, “I deliver what I offer.”
