We were lucky to catch up with Latricia Powell recently and have shared our conversation below.

Latricia, appreciate you joining us today. We believe kindness is contagious and so we’d love for you to share with us and our audience about the kindest thing anyone has ever done for you?

The kindest thing someone has ever done for me is working behind the scenes to pretect me vs that who protect me on a day to day basis. For example, this person (they know who they are) makes sure I stay in the righteous path. Whether it’s speaking with me directly, working through others indirectly or using the six degrees of separation in a subliminal manner, he or she make sure I’m well positioned and ready for the next challenge in my life.
This means so much being that I grew up in a broken home, always feeling unprotected and targeted…it’s quite reassuring and it’s a relief to know someone unconditionally has my life in their hands.

Latricia, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

About myself:
I’m autonomous, authoritative and nurturing. I have one of the most beautiful life stories thus far. Filled with pains, pleasures, laughter, smiles, cries and most of all my family. I’m a high-school dropout who later received her GED. A teen mom who later married her high school sweetheart. A domestic violence survivor, sexual abuse survivor…however, I have met some angels in my life. Therefore, my motivation is to be heaven on earth for others.
How I got into entrepreneurship:
Coming to the realization that I give orders better than I take them. Also, many people prophesied that I would be a renowned entrepreneur and global leader (speaker).
What I do:
I’m a consultant, generally speaking. I love what I do! I tell others how to improve and why, on the most basic level. I’m very great at what I do because it’s my God-Given talent. “Quality control” has nothing on me!
What problems we solve:
We are a strategic business consulting organization. We work to teach you and your business how to manage and improve your organization so you can achieve maximum results.
What sets our organization apart:
We are a minority-woman founded organization, built from scratch. Our founder stepped out on faith, with only the support of God and the Universe. And, here we still stand, walking on the same waters that tried to overthrow us! With God, who are we not?
What am I most proud of:
This year our organization has our first speaking engagement where we presented at the 2024 Michigan Summit to End Homelessness. This was a turning point in our journey towards building our impact within our community and serving all including the historically disadvantaged communities.
What I want others to know about me:
I’m probably the most altruistic person I know, I believe in unconditional love. On a basic level, I believe we all hold unlimited power and manifestation skills. Therefore, I carefully speak things into existence and visualize it as such.

Our quality speaks for itself! Let it speak for you! We are “The Golden Standard”!

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

Word-of-mouth! My local client base is my loyalist, by far! I get the majority of my business from referrals, that’s how much our clients love us and shows just how much we love them back!

Having no family or friends to support my entrepreneurial journey was the most challenging part. Having no one to clap for you…albeit I hear my guardian angels in heaven blowing their trumpets in my honor!
