Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Adam Hartle. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Adam, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Learning the craft is often a unique journey from every creative – we’d love to hear about your journey and if knowing what you know now, you would have done anything differently to speed up the learning process.
I’ve been a stand up comic for 11 years and I’m on year 2 of running our own shows, so I approach everything from a comics perspective. Dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s in terms of all the little things comics would want is the secret to our success.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
So I had been performing around Florida for 10 years when the pandemic hit which is crazy to think back on how stand up comedy was shutdown everywhere for the first time in its history. Luckily in Florida it was only shutdown for a few months, but even crazier is how other comics would report me for still doing live shows resulting in me being blackballed from some of my favorite Florida stages. I was at rock bottom of my 10 year stand up career when I got the opportunity to start my own comedy series in Austin, TX. We landed in the right place at the right time and we now have a fantastic following of what many say is the best shows and crowds in Texas. We have no rules and encourage our comics do and say as they please making for really fun times.
What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
Man the stuff that got me canceled in Florida got me laughs in Austin. Austin’s the future of comedy.
