The mission behind M.D. Bruce Consulting LLC is deeply personal to me. It’s rooted in my belief that every individual and organization has the potential to become a force for good in the world. Life often leaves people achieving success in one area while struggling in others. I aim to bridge that gap by creating solutions that uplift both the business and the person behind it.
As a Humanity Strategist first and an HR Solutionist second, my mission is clear: to bring healing to humanity by helping businesses align their operations with socially responsible practices. It’s not enough to achieve financial success; we must also consider the global impact of our actions.
I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs implement strategies that ensure their businesses are not just profitable but also purpose-driven. This mission is meaningful to me because I believe in a world where success and social responsibility can coexist. Every solution I offer is a step toward global revitalization, fostering environments where individuals can thrive while contributing to a larger, positive impact.

My name is Mitwuana D. Bruce, though many know me simply as “The Fixer.” I’ve earned this title through years of addressing broken systems—whether they exist in businesses, relationships, or societal structures. With a Bachelor’s in Organizational Behavioral Studies from Texas A&M University, Texarkana, and an Associate degree in Criminal Justice, my professional journey has always been deeply rooted in understanding people, their behaviors, and the systems that influence them.
I’ve spent over 16 years as a Human Resources professional, honing my skills in HR management, corporate communications, public relations, and crisis management. My transition into entrepreneurship with M.D. Bruce Consulting LLC was fueled by a passion to not just improve business structures but also the human element within them. I help entrepreneurs and small businesses build socially responsible brands that prioritize people and purpose alongside profit.
What sets me apart is my commitment to blending humanity with strategy. I don’t just offer consulting services; I look into the “heartbeat” of businesses, addressing challenges at their root—whether they stem from ineffective HR strategies, poor communication, or a lack of social responsibility. My goal is to ensure that both individuals and organizations show up as their best selves, professionally and personally.
I’m most proud of being able to inspire positive change while staying true to my core principles of integrity and character. If there’s one thing I want people to know about me, it’s that my work goes beyond business—it’s about healing humanity one person, one organization at a time.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
The most effective strategy has been staying true to my values of integrity and character. In the rush to build a business, it’s easy to compromise principles for quick financial gain. For me, every client and partnership must align with the values I hold dear. This means carefully vetting opportunities and, in some cases, walking away from those that don’t align with my mission of promoting social responsibility. This commitment to authenticity has built trust with my clients, creating a solid foundation for long-term relationships.
M.D. Bruce Consulting LLC is more than a business; it’s my ministry in the marketplace. By staying aligned with my principles, I’ve been able to attract like-minded clients who value integrity and social impact as much as I do.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Word of mouth has been my greatest source of new clients. While I maintain a presence on social media, I’ve found that genuine connections and personal interactions create the strongest leads. When I show up as my authentic self—whether through speaking engagements, networking, or consultations—people naturally gravitate toward my work.
This organic growth has led to frequent inquiries about how I can assist in launching or improving businesses and even calls to share my story in a book. It’s a testament to the power of authenticity and the impact of living out your mission every day.
