Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Eren Yagmuroglu. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Eren, thanks for joining us today. Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?
I sought ways to contribute to cultural transformation by leveraging the arts to illuminate lives and strengthen society. The idea centered on shifting from traditional marketing to a community management perspective, crafting unique storytelling to connect more deeply with audiences—particularly in the performing arts.
To achieve this, I delved into the sociological and behavioral aspects of communities, aiming to make them more inclusive and diverse. By integrating art that adds meaningful value to people’s lives, the concept of community management emerged, rooted in fostering engagement and building lasting connections.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I am dedicated to influencing industries globally while fostering a more open, reflective, and vibrant cultural landscape. For projects, audiences, and collaborators, my work goes beyond business—it’s about leveraging the power of art to enrich lives, build stronger communities, and drive meaningful transformations that leave a lasting impact.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
What truly set me apart was my dedication to inclusivity and cultural transformation. By prioritizing the sociological and behavioral needs of communities, I delivered solutions that weren’t just business-oriented but deeply impactful, aligning with broader societal values. Consistency, innovation, and a passion for creating value through art have been the cornerstones of my reputation.
Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
Harvard Business School Online and The Recording Academy communities have been invaluable resources in shaping my management and entrepreneurial philosophy. HBS Online provided me with a strong foundation in strategic thinking, innovation, and leadership, offering insights that I consistently apply to my work. The Recording Academy, with its focus on community building and creativity in the arts, has inspired me to approach challenges with a blend of business acumen and artistic sensibility.
