Our gatherings are more than just meetings; they affirm experiences where every woman feels valued and heard. We aim to foster a supportive community where we can acknowledge our brokenness and our need for connection. Inspiration flows freely within our group. We are driven by a shared desire to make a meaningful impact in our lives and the lives of others. By showcasing local Omaha and national businesses in our area, we support our community and drive meaningful change. Each session leaves us with a new story, a renewed self-love, and a valuable connection.

Women with Voices is going on its third year of hosting the LIVE YOUR WHY SUMMIT, a full-day event filled with inspiration where we bring in community women leaders to share their stories and insights. This annual summit exemplifies our mission to empower every woman to speak her truth and realize her full potential. Our community is a testament to the incredible things that can happen when women come together with authenticity, affirmation, and inspiration.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?

The journey with Women with Voices has sometimes been challenging, but it has been incredibly rewarding. We’ve faced several challenges along the way.
Initially, building a diverse and engaged community required significant effort. It took time to establish trust and attract women from various backgrounds to share their stories and support each other. There were also logistical hurdles, such as securing venues and organizing events, which tested our resilience and resourcefulness.
Another area for improvement was ensuring consistent engagement and participation. Keeping the momentum going and maintaining a dynamic, supportive environment required constant creativity and adaptability.
Despite these challenges, each obstacle presented an opportunity for growth and improvement. Overcoming these struggles has strengthened our community and refined our approach, making our gatherings and events more impactful. The journey has been a testament to the dedication and passion of everyone involved, reinforcing our commitment to empowering women and fostering meaningful connections. Your role in this mission is invaluable, and we couldn’t do it without you.

I empower individuals and organizations through strategic coaching, dynamic public speaking, and community building. My work primarily focuses on helping people find their voice, build confidence, and achieve their goals.

I am known for my role as the founder of Women with Voices, a thriving community dedicated to uplifting women by providing a platform for them to share their stories and connect. This initiative has grown significantly, now hosting a LIVE YOUR WHY SUMMIT for the past three years, where we bring together community women leaders for a full day of inspiration and learning.

My background includes over three decades of experience working with the Greater Omaha Chamber, where I led initiatives like the Red Ribbon Crew ambassador program. I also founded Power Up Leadership Coaching & Consulting, where I coach and collaborate with professionals to help them succeed personally and professionally.

What sets me apart is my ability to blend authenticity with practical strategies. I have a knack for creating meaningful connections and fostering supportive environments where people can thrive. My approach is deeply rooted in the belief that genuine relationships and community support are crucial for personal and professional growth.

I am most proud of the impact Women with Voices has had. Seeing women grow, connect, and achieve their goals through our platform is incredibly fulfilling. The success of our events and the positive feedback from our community affirm that our efforts are making a difference.

What are your plans for the future?
Looking ahead, I am excited about several plans for the future. One of my key goals is to publish a book featuring the stories and insights of Women with Voices speakers. This book will highlight the incredible journeys and achievements of our community’s women, providing readers with inspiration and guidance. I also plan to take this book on tour, organizing events and speaking engagements to share these powerful stories with a broader audience. This tour will promote the book and continue our mission of empowering women and building meaningful connections across different communities.
In addition to these projects, I am committed to further expanding the reach of Women with Voices and enhancing the impact of our LIVE YOUR WHY SUMMIT. I look forward to exploring new opportunities for collaboration and growth, ensuring we continue to make a positive difference in women’s lives and the communities we serve.
