Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sadie Sanchez. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Sadie , appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear about a project that you’ve worked on that’s meant a lot to you.
I wrote a book called DIMENSIONS: 100 Questions to Help You Understand Your Perspective.
DIMENSIONS is an immersive journey of self-discovery and healing for those seeking to unlock a more confident and authentic version of themselves. The book introduces a unique framework centered on six dimensions of perspective: personal history, environment, beliefs, emotions, relationships, and identity. This comprehensive approach helps readers understand the multifaceted nature of their views and uncover the influences shaping their perception of themselves and the world around them.
Since its release, it has helped people all across the globe understand themselves in a deeper, more meaningful way. It has helped spark conversations between friends, partners, parents, and their children, fostering connection and understanding in ways that are both transformative and empowering.
Readers that have engaged with these 100 questions have discovered new insights, healed old wounds, and developed a greater appreciation for the diversity of perspectives that make us human.
It is deeply meaningful to know that something born from my own pain and growth is now helping others confidently navigate their own life journeys with greater clarity and purpose.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My name is Sadie Sanchez, and I am on a mission to reimagine the meaning of human perspective and illustrate the power it holds in illuminating the path of self-understanding.
My journey to understanding human perspective began with four simple words: “I do not understand.”
The year 2020 was the height of the most stark polarization I had ever seen. The world was sharply divided politically, culturally, and socially. The cause of this division was an eleven letter word overused to justify a one-dimensional perception of truth: Perspective.
Perspective was a word I heard frequently, a word I used frequently. Yet, with each repetition, the true meaning of it sounded vacant. I was tired of simply hearing opinions of what people believed. I wanted to understand WHY.
Everyone has truths that they know to be self-evident, and I have spent the last 4 years exploring how upbringings, environments, beliefs, emotions, relationships, identities and experiences influence the differentiation in our perspectives. I have interviewed over 150 people about their perspective, given a TEDx Talk on my hypothesis for The Measurement of Human Perspective, and have found myself on a journey of healing and rebuilding my perspective.
My work today reflects my curiosity, my journey, and my passion. Everything I create is designed to encapsulate and articulate the realities of the human experience. Through the content I share and my book, DIMENSIONS, I aim to empower individuals to trust themselves, explore their truths, and embrace their unique journeys of self-discovery.
I am most proud of the connections my work has built. My ultimate goal is to help people see themselves so that they have the capacity to compassionately see others.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
The Creative Act by Rick Rubin has significantly impacted my personal and business philosophy. I can confidently say it is one of the most transformative books I’ve ever read.
This book helped me connect with my soul on a level I hadn’t been able to articulate before. It illuminated truths about myself and my creative process that I had always sensed but couldn’t quite put into words.
Since reading it, all my efforts have been grounded in an intentional collaboration with the natural rhythms of the earth and patterns of nature. It helped me embrace the truth that I am inherently a creative being and that in order to live in alignment and put out my best work, I must first honor my spirit and the energy that fuels it.
To all the creative souls and entrepreneurs out there, I can’t recommend this book enough.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Authenticity.
We have entered an era where the market craves genuine, authentic, and meaningful conversations—and it’s truly beautiful.
I’ve built a brand and reputation that celebrates diversity of thought, differing perspectives, and unique experiences. When I show up authentically, it not only strengthens my connection with others but also encourages them to embrace and share their own authenticity. This openness fosters trust, empowers my audience, and builds deeper, more meaningful relationships within the market.
