Lena, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
A defining moment in my life and career as a coach and energy therapist was the sudden death of my mother from cancer many years ago. She passed away within two months of learning about her illness. I lived with her during those days, watching her fade away, understanding that I could no longer do anything for her. It was a tremendous loss. Despite the 38-year age difference between us, my mother was my closest friend and the best mom in the world. She did everything she could for her children.
This moment became my starting point for personal development, inner growth, and searching for the meaning of my life. During those years, I had questions: Why did my mother leave so early? Why did this happen to me? Why do people get cancer, and how do they fight it? I was 28 years old then, with a 6-year-old daughter. I had only lived in the United States for three years, didn’t know English, and had no local education. I had a desire to get to the bottom of things in my life and accept my mother’s early death.
Over time, I partially accepted this loss, and two years later, my son was born. All my attention shifted to raising two children. A year later, due to my husband’s actions, we faced financial ruin leading to bankruptcy. I had to deal with this situation alone since my husband just stepped aside. I was broken by this unbearable burden, and only the presence of my small children and their carefree, joyful laughter saved me from suicidal thoughts. Fortunately, I met a healer with unique abilities who helped me lift the burden of pain and disappointment. Leaving her, I told myself that someday I wanted to become like her or someone similar to help people in times of despair to cope with the pain of loss, betrayal, and loneliness.
Years passed. Disillusioned with relationships, I divorced my husband. After a painful disappointment, I realized I needed to change something within myself and find answers to the many questions I had. Why? Then I began studying energy therapy, later moving on to work with the subconscious, psychology, metaphysics, family constellations, regression hypnosis, and other transpersonal methods. These methods helped me cultivate a new self — happy, cheerful, smiling, and inspiring those around me to grow and develop.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I offer a unique approach — transpersonal coaching and energy healing.
As a mindfulness expert, intuitive energy healer, and metaphysician, I use a holistic approach that combines a clear structure of steps with the freedom for natural solutions at each stage.
Transpersonal coaching takes into account not only personal and professional goals but also the needs for spiritual and transpersonal development. This is a modern form of transpersonal psychology aimed at unlocking the potential of human consciousness and realizing higher values.
With my experience in improving healthy personal relationships, personal and career growth, as well as emotional well-being, I help people overcome life challenges, find new paths for growth and development, heal emotional wounds, learn to love themselves, and build strong and happy relationships.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Now I know for sure that everything life presents to us are our growth points. Everything is logical, and much can be explained. By accepting, forgiving, letting go, and expanding the horizons of our thinking, we can cope with the pain of loss, disappointment, and betrayal, and find new meaning in life. My mother then couldn’t cope with total disappointment and life’s difficulties. Holding grudges against my father and life, she wanted to leave this life as soon as possible for many years. I grew up seeing this, and perhaps that’s why I developed a certain resilience to life’s adversities.

Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
It is very important to find harmony within oneself, to learn to accept what cannot be changed, and to develop conscious acceptance and living through life’s trials. I wish every reader to find the strength to cope with what life sends their way, alone or with a coach. Believe me, miracles happen when we believe in them!
