JC, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Some of the most interesting parts of our journey emerge from areas where we believe something that most people in our industry do not – do you have something like that?
Are you truly ready for the business? It’s easy to focus on chasing clients, but the real question is whether you’re prepared to handle the business when it comes your way. I believe that success is not just about seeking opportunities, but about being ready to seize them when they arise. That’s why I commit to constantly sharpening my skills and growing both personally and professionally. I make it a priority to stay up-to-date with industry education, because in this ever-changing landscape, knowledge is key to staying competitive.
Every day, as I begin my work, I ask myself: “Am I better than I was yesterday? Am I truly ready to open the business and serve my clients with the highest level of expertise?” I take every opportunity to improve, because I know that being unprepared, even when the perfect opportunity presents itself, means I might miss it or fail to execute it properly.
I care deeply about my clients and their success. To serve them to the best of my ability, I need to be equipped with not just the right skills, but the mindset and readiness to deliver outstanding results. It’s not just about getting the job done—it’s about getting it done right, and that starts with making sure I’m always evolving and prepared for whatever comes next.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Selling a house can be incredibly frustrating for the seller, and I’ve been in that position myself. I always strive to make the process as smooth as possible for my clients, anticipating their needs and offering extra support where necessary. What is important to them in this transaction? How can I help ease their burden?
For example, I worked with a couple who had very demanding jobs, four young children, and a large dog. Given their busy schedules, it was challenging for them to accommodate showings. So, I stepped in to help—whether it meant taking the dog out during showings or being there for anything else they needed. My goal is always to make the experience as stress-free as possible for them.

Have you ever had to pivot?
Having moved from Asia to America myself, I truly understand the excitement and challenges of adjusting to a new culture. After 20 years in the U.S., I’ve found my rhythm and feel right at home. Now, I’m passionate about helping my clients, especially those who are new to the area, embrace this exciting chapter in their lives. I love guiding them as they explore new opportunities and settle in with confidence and ease.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
As a businesswoman and property investor, I’m passionate about helping my clients identify opportunities they might have overlooked. I work closely with them to ensure they make informed, strategic decisions in their investments.
