We recently connected with Gabriel Samra and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Gabriel , thanks for joining us today. Did you always know you wanted to pursue a creative or artistic career? When did you first know?

I always wanted to be a creator but I wasn’t sure what path I wanted to achieve.. I studied to be an arquitech a year later I graduated I became a TV producer and 7 years later I realized the impact of a Hairdresser in a women’s life. I started doing hair for fun and I ended up becoming a Professional Hairdresser

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

Being a Hairstylist is the most fun and creative career. I get to design and create haircuts, hair color and solve hair problems everyday.. women in general are always evolving and looking to be their best versions of themselves everyday How Fun is to be the responsible and partner in their life to make them feel good about themselves and work their self steem. I created my brand Gabriel Samra for the past 15 years working with celebrities and women around the world. But I knew from day 1 I didn’t want to be al my life behind the chair I knew I want to go around the world teaching hairstylist my color and cutting techniques and I designed a Masterclass that has taking me to more the 40 countries to elevate the beauty industry

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

For me the most rewarding is the evolution of a woman after I’ve done her hair. Also how confident a hairstylist becomes after I teach them my techniques so they start making more money, and open their own businesses

How did you build your audience on social media?

One of the things that helped me build my social media platform was the production I was putting into my videos and contents, I knew I was making the difference in my community and my industry. By knowing and understanding my niche I knew who I was talking to and I knew who was consuming my content.. and lastly and very important consistency is the biggest key to every project you work on..!!!
