My customer L came to me after a heartbreak. She was ready to look at her patterns of attracting a similar dynamic in many of her intimate relationships, from work colleagues, to her parents, her friendships, her sister etc.. through the sessions she began to notice that she was playing out a similar dynamic to the one she had with her mother growing up. Through the soul care techniques we began to heal this conditioning on a somatic, emotional and spiritual level. It was remarkable to watch her self worth blossom before my eyes. She grew to be more self aware, thereby having the ability to self advocate with more clarity, she engaged with practices she learned through the sessions to interrupt her pattern and choose a different way forward. She became more at peace and joyful. We used hypnosis to heal her limiting beliefs that she was carrying on a subconscious level. She blew me away with her devotion and transformation. Read more>>

I had a client who worked from home three days a week, but her dining room was so cluttered that family meals became a challenge. The house received very little general light, and the good natural light was blocked by dark curtains. Initially hesitant to invest in interior design, she recognized the need for help in creating a functional and harmonious space. Together, we focused on three key changes: 1. Cleaning and organizing, 2. Brightening the space, and 3. Adding decorative accessories. Read more>>

Michael’s success story is one that embodies resilience, faith, and the transformative power of taking the first step. When Michael joined my one-on-one mentorship program, he was grappling with frustration and uncertainty, having tried his hand at dropshipping on his own and facing financial losses. He had no prior sales to his name and was juggling a demanding 9-to-5 job. What made Michael stand out, though, was his unwavering determination to create a better life for himself and his family. The majority of my clients come to me with hopes of losing weight and toning their body. Some understand the importance of strength training to increase vitality in life; but ultimately, they want to lose weight. I have two success stories to share – one of my Virtual Personal Training clients and one of my Nutrition Coaching Clients. My Virtual Personal Training client is my first client in my solo career and has lost 20 pounds in ten months. She trains twice per week on her own and as her schedule allows, attends one Train Alongside session with me per week. She’s gone from a completely sedentary lifestyle to consistently averaging over 5000 steps per day and strength training multiple days per week. While some may think that 2 pounds per month is a slow rate, I would argue that it’s the perfect rate to maintain balance in your life. My client has taken multiple vacations, traveled for work, attended multiple birthday celebrations, and celebrated several holidays that is surrounded by food – yet is still consistently losing. She’s not only dropping in number on the scale, but she’s also has lost several inches and can fit clothes that she hasn’t been able to in years. She’s become dedicated to the process and understand that fitness is a lifetime journey (no one ever wants to hear that!) and will be able to stick with her plan to reach her ultimate goal of “fit by 50.” Read more>>

This client success story encouraged me in my business and was incredibly moving. It’s become a strong motivator for why I do what I do. Before becoming my client, they’d been on my email list for at least a year. I only knew their name, but they stayed engaged with my emails. Then, last summer, they reached out for help with an upcoming trip to Japan. I learned that they felt overwhelmed with planning this trip. I listened to them and their needs. I then designed an itinerary that matched their ideas and preferences and helped them research and book their hotels. I felt this client would appreciate an off-the-beaten-path experience, and they said it was one of their favorite experiences of their trip. They visited parts of Japan that they hadn’t heard of and wouldn’t have stayed in had I not shared it. Read more>>
