We were lucky to catch up with Splash Wrld recently and have shared our conversation below.
Splash, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Looking back on your career, have you ever worked with a great leader or boss? We’d love to hear about the experience and what you think made them such a great leader.
The best boss we ever had, was ourselves. Being your own boss is true freedom, sure its stressful doing everything on your own, but being able to clock your own hours, and call your own big shots is truly what matters. Having full creative control of your own brand, art, or music, and the bonus is, you dont have to pay anybody in the end, u keep all your copyrights, royalties, publishing etc. Now as far as mentor goes, shout out to Ugly Money Niche & Biggz.

$plashWRLD is a collective of artists, musicians, dancers, and photographers. We like to look at ourselves as THE WORLD’s brand. We have our own record label and management service. $plashWRLD MGMT, our artists include (instagram handles) @benjii_sb out of Bronx, NY @bighomiesprokk out of Akron, OH @bsplash2x out of Canton, OH @callmedien out of Tampa, FL @lilba5tard out of Atlanat, GA @neekstarks out of Tampa, FL, @hearttzero out of Seattle, WA and @zaynumba6ix out of Norfolk, VA. We got into the industry from doing nation wide tours with @UglyMoneyNiche alongside YSL & Bread Gang. We just recently dropped Bigger Then Music in January of 24, Our musicians are constantly coming with fire music and good vibes.
