We recently connected with Mantae White and have shared our conversation below.
Mantae, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you share an important lesson you learned in a prior job that’s helped you in your career afterwards?
One of the most important experiences I had in a job was my time as a sears sales associate. I learned how to build genuine connections with customers by understanding their needs which helped me guide them to the right product choice. Whether it was explaining the features of a specific product or upselling, I quickly realized that trust and communication were key to closing sales. To add, working in a fast paced retail environment taught me how to manage my time and handle things well under pressure.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Im a professional audio engineer with years of consistent experience producing quality recording across various genres. I got into the music industry working in a recording studio right after graduating audio school. My passion for music led me to lock in on my skills heavily and shortly after I started offering my services to other creatives. I provide amazing recordings and polished mixes that surely bring your track(s) to life. I feel like my understanding of the entire process from demo to final release, and my ability to work with almost anyone to complete a record sets me apart.
How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
I’ve been blessed. God has put people in my life that have seen the vision early on and helped me bring it to life.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
I’ve always loved the music industry. I think my passion for wanted to create good music all over the world keeps me driven and eager for the next best opportunity.
