Meagan, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear the story behind how you got your first job in field that you currently practice in.

The first step on my journey to becoming a professional tarot reader, astrologer, and channel was anything but conventional—it all started with a Halloween costume.

I was dressed as a gypsy for a Halloween party, and as part of the costume, I carried a deck of tarot cards. They were just a prop to me at the time—until I met a real tarot reader at the party. She offered to give me a reading, and it was as though the cards unlocked something deep within me. I was hooked.

After that night, I bought my first oracle deck and started practicing. At first, I would do readings for my coworkers, who were surprisingly eager to let me “practice” on them during breaks or after hours. I loved the way the cards seemed to reflect their stories back to them and the insights they found in those moments of connection.

Soon after, I decided to take my passion seriously. I enrolled in a certification course, learned everything I could about tarot and oracle cards, and started offering virtual readings online. I quickly realized how much I loved connecting with people in this way—helping them uncover insights, find clarity, and trust their own intuition.

Over time, my practice expanded. I began doing readings at parties and events, bringing that same sense of wonder and fun that I experienced at my first Halloween party. It’s funny how life comes full circle because now, I’m the tarot reader at the Halloween party!

Looking back, I feel so grateful for that serendipitous beginning. At the time, my aspirations were simple—I wanted to learn and explore. I had no idea that one night would lead me to a career filled with magic, connection, and growth.

Today, I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Whether I’m channeling messages, interpreting astrological charts, or laying out the cards, I feel like I’m right where I’m meant to be—guiding others on their own paths of discovery.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I’m Meagan, a tarot reader, astrologer, and channel specializing in intuitive guidance and soul-level insights. My journey into this work began with a deep curiosity for the mystical arts, and I quickly discovered not only a passion but a gift for helping others find clarity, empowerment, and alignment through these ancient tools.

Today, I offer a variety of services and creative works that blend spiritual wisdom with modern insight. My offerings include:

• Galactic Channeled Readings: These sessions connect clients with higher realms and star nations, offering profound clarity and healing at a soul level.
• Astrology Readings: I provide natal chart interpretations, year-ahead forecasts, and transits to help clients align with cosmic energies and embrace their personal growth cycles.

• Creative Works: I’m also the author and visionary artist behind the Mermaid Empowerment Oracle Deck, which is designed to activate self-love, forgiveness, and mastery through the wisdom of mermaid consciousness.

What sets my work apart is the balance I strike between intuitive insight and empowerment. While many people come to me for answers, I guide them to uncover their own wisdom, helping them feel like co-creators of their lives. I believe my role is not to predict the future but to illuminate possibilities and provide tools that allow my clients to choose the most aligned path for themselves.

The clients I work with often seek clarity, spiritual growth, and direction. They might be feeling stuck, seeking validation, or looking for a deeper connection to their purpose. Through my readings and creative works, I help them uncover patterns, embrace their unique gifts, and navigate life with greater confidence and alignment.

I’m most proud of how my work creates a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported. It’s incredibly fulfilling to watch someone leave a session feeling lighter, more inspired, and ready to embrace their next steps.

The main thing I want people to know about my work is that it’s a partnership—a co-creative journey to help you connect with your intuition, unlock your potential, and feel empowered in your life. Whether we’re exploring the stars, channeling messages, or reading the cards, my goal is to hold space for your transformation and growth.

Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?

I believe the most important factor for success in any field is unwavering commitment. Success isn’t about perfection or avoiding challenges—it’s about making a clear, conscious choice to dedicate yourself to your passion, even in the face of uncertainty or setbacks.

When we choose to say “yes” fully to our path, without hesitation or fear of failure, we align ourselves with the flow of life. That clear commitment creates a resonance that attracts opportunities, opens doors, and brings what can often feel like luck.

In my own journey, it’s been this consistent choice to keep going—even during moments of doubt—that has allowed me to grow, connect with clients, and build a career I love. Your commitment is what transforms challenges into stepping stones and passions into purpose.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

One of the biggest lessons I had to unlearn was the idea that following someone else’s path would lead to my success. Early in my journey, I looked up to my mentors as guides, believing that if I followed their practices, I’d achieve the same results. But over time, I realized their way of doing things didn’t align with me, my energy, or my vision.

I learned this lesson the hard way—by trying to fit myself into someone else’s mold. I followed their rules, their structures, and their definitions of success, only to find that it left me feeling out of alignment and disconnected from my own intuition. It wasn’t until I allowed myself to step back, reassess, and trust my instincts that I began to thrive.

For me, this process involved creating new rules for what success and business mean. I had to let go of rigid ideas about how things “should” be done and instead focus on how I felt called to proceed. It wasn’t about rejecting what my mentors taught me—it was about taking the wisdom I gained from them and adapting it to fit my unique path.

The hardest but most rewarding part was learning to trust myself and my ability to carve my own way forward. Now, my approach to success feels expansive, authentic, and aligned with who I truly am. And that’s a gift I wouldn’t trade for anything.
