Hi Zekeriya, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey began with an International Business degree from the University of Wollongong and an MBA from Cambridge. Equipped with this strong academic foundation, I started in the professional world but soon realized my true passion was in creating something new and innovative.
Leaving my corporate job was a bold move, but it allowed me to found Vision IT. At Vision IT, we revolutionize rail vehicle maintenance with cutting-edge technology like Train Tracker and Digital Twin, improving passenger safety and reducing operational costs.
Additionally, I co-founded MSB Houses, where I serve as the CTO. Here, we focus on sustainable and smart housing solutions, merging technology with real estate to create efficient and eco-friendly living spaces.
I’m also a managing partner at the Cambridge Business Association, where I help steer businesses through various economic climates, enhancing their efficiency and adaptability.
From academia to entrepreneurship, my journey is about blending knowledge with innovation to drive technological advancement. It’s been an exciting ride, and there’s still so much more to come!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The journey to success has been far from smooth. Leaving my corporate job to start Vision IT was a significant risk, accompanied by numerous challenges. Gaining market credibility and developing innovative technologies like Train Tracker and Digital Twin were particularly tough. Additionally, navigating different cultural and business norms as an international entrepreneur added to the complexity.
In recent years, I co-founded MSB Houses and have been focusing on technology development for this company. Collaborating with our software team at Vision IT, we are leveraging our engineering expertise to innovate in the housing market. By simplifying complex engineering processes at Vision IT, we believe we can streamline the housing market, reducing unnecessary steps and noise in the search and selection process. Because it is too complicated to make decisions.
Our goal is to simplify the complex buying decision process by leveraging our vertical expertise. We aim to help the market make informed decisions through AI-based systems that learn user needs and streamline the process for them. One of the current challenges is how to effectively utilize AI in search selection and process optimization. Beyond the ChatBot system we developed, CoRealtor, we are working on additional functions to provide notifications and personalized recommendations.
Despite these obstacles, each challenge taught me resilience and adaptability, shaping my journey and leading to the successful ventures I manage today.

I have learned to embrace problems and challenges because with each problem we solve, we improve and create more value. This perspective means I never give up, no matter how tough the challenges. This mindset not only drives me but also inspires my team, investors, and customers.
I am deeply committed to fostering a positive and encouraging environment in MSB. I believe that resilience and a positive attitude are contagious, leading to extraordinary outcomes with our team members in both VisionIT and MSB.
Building strong relationships with investors and maintaining excellent customer relations are also key aspects of my work. Because we should continuously check and balance market need and our responses in creating the value. In this respect, I always strive to communicate openly and effectively, ensuring that everyone involved in my team feels valued and understood.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned along my journey is the value of resilience and adaptability. Challenges and setbacks are inevitable, but how you respond to them defines your success. Embracing problems and viewing them as opportunities to improve and innovate has been crucial. This perspective has helped me to continuously grow and add value to my ventures.
Another key lesson is the power of a positive and encouraging environment. A resilient and positive attitude not only drives personal success but also inspires and motivates those around you—be it your team, investors, or customers. Building strong, transparent relationships is essential. Open and effective communication ensures that everyone feels valued and understood, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
Finally, I’ve learned the importance of staying true to your vision and never giving up. Persistence, even in the face of daunting challenges, has been instrumental in achieving significant milestones and making a tangible impact on the industry and the lives of the people we serve.
